Great staff, good blackout curtains and lovely ac during a heat wave. The toddler loved the pool

The check in staff were excellent. The elevator had difficulties reading our room key. The room was nice and clean. The TV needs replacement due to poor picture quality. Beds were good but pillows not so much.

Love the customer service, always welcomed with a smile and everyone is helpful.

Location excellent, some what dated. low water pressure, shower in tub. some kind of heated toilet wash thing.

Overall, a nice hotel. A little outdated, but still nice. Montana’s is great but not for breakfast. Expensive, nothing special. I prefer a hotel where you can go get coffee and a muffin or bagel in the morning. This location has a lot of homeless people around it. It’s right downtown, so lots of sirens, but the staff take precautions that no one that shouldn’t enter, doesn’t. Overall, hotel is good, but, something else is that we had a joining room and we could hear the people next door talking.

The staff were all very kind and friendly. There were paper cranes on our beds, and a heated toilet seat/bidet. Will definitely stay again next year.

Location was just right. Hotel had swimming pool hard to get to. If that's the reason you go to hotel with amenities think twice

The beds were comfy, the rooms were clean, the staff were lovely and the restaurant was convenient. The pool and hot tub were okay but not very accessible. I habe a friend with mobility issues and it was extremely difficult to get to the pool and hot tub. We were disappointed about the inaccessibility! Otherwise, the stay was good.

Room was clean and well maintained. The staff where friendly and helpful. Convienently located in the downtown core area.

Room was ready and clean and met our needs nicely. Counter staff were very pleasant and assisted us immensely

Overall we’re satisfied and enjoy our stay.
