Dirty - broken elevator - broken ice machine- why is this hotel even recommended- nasty beds - didn't even stay there - left - dirty furniture- don't stay there

Overpriced for what it is. Had to change rooms 4 times. First room bed was so bowed you could lay in the middle and put a board across sides without touching you and no refrigerator. 2nd room AC did not work at all (pretty much most of the building didn't either) and cabinets hadn't been cleaned out in months, not white glove clean obvious trash. 3rd room AC barely worked. 4th room same AC problems, had a full size refrigerator open with parts missing so wasn't usable. This is a $50 hotel at best, but priced like its a holiday inn.

Loose tile in the restroom elevator out of service had to go 3 flights of stairs. Breakfast infested with flies stained carpet on room

when we got to town, we drove up to the hotel look like a deserted island place. It was only one car in the parking lot. It was ran down, very ran down, ducks all over the windows, dripping and going on Dark when you walk up to the building when you walk in there, they didn’t have no AC. They did not have no elevators working. It was just I was afraid to stay there so me and my husband decided to leave because it was just that terrible. I can’t believe what we had walked up on it was terrible terrible terrible terrible terrible I can’t express that enough having a hard time trying to get my money back. I think it’s a sad they need to close that place down. I have the pictures to show how terrible it was. I’m not giving up I’m gonna give my money back. Trust me with the help of the good Lord. I’m giving my money back.

They first put us in a room that had a hole in the ceiling that was slightly patches and stuffed with toilet paper. We swotched rooms which was not better, water damage through the room. The vent in the restroom has paper taped over it. Nothing was operable throughout the hotel, they had notes posted throughout. It was a very disgusting and uncomfortable place to stay.

The hotel seemed to be a bit outdated. Bugs on the room floor. The swimming pool was closed so to maintenance and the elevator was not working. The breakfast items were very limited.

Elevator didn't work, the room smelled terrible, the shower had mold everywhere, no air conditioner outside the room; no toilet paper provided. Very deceiving advertisement regarding the actual condition of the hotel.

There were dead roaches on the wall on my room and more that I saw crawling. There was trash left over from previous people on the carpet, when you walk in the room it smells like sewer. Over all I understand why it was the cheapest hotel for that weekend.

this place was absolutely horrible

If I had not paid in advance I should have made a U-turn. Hotel is like abandoned, old, stain and light off, bathtubs with rust ……. Need renovation and clean up!!!!

The room we stayed in was a little disappointing, and most all of our issues were with the lack of cleanliness. When we opened up the fridge, we noticed it had some kind of discolored liquid at the bottom of it (inside), so we didn't end up using it. There was head and body hair built up on the floor of the bathroom, behind the door, showing that it wasn't cleaned out properly. Also, a bar of used soap with body hair stuck to it was in the shower (inside the soap holder), so we assumed that the shower had not really been cleaned either. The floor in the bedroom did not look like it had been vacuumed very thoroughly, because there were little particles all around the bed that a vacuum would have easily cleaned up. Then, the comforter on the bed had at least three of what appeared to be small and dark blood-stain smears. In another section of the bed comforter, we noticed red makeup smears, possibly from red lipstick. It did not look like the comforter had been cleaned at all. Lastly, on our second night at the room, a couple was staying in the room next to us. They were not being excessively loud, but the door that connected our room to their's was thin enough that their talking kept us awake for a while. We have definitely stayed in worse, but we have also stayed in far better.

Terrible cockroach in the sugar packets, only one coffee packet in room and it was incorrect for the pot that was there and only 1 pack of sugar and no cream or cups. we found Spoiled milk in the refrig so we knew it hadn't been cleaned, we had to remake the bed sheet put on incorrectly, the juice at breakfast was sour, cereal stale, the pool was not working and should have been indicated on the web page or would have gone else where, just run down and needs some cleaning up and attention to detail in fact can't believe it is still open.

There were spiders and and flies in the room. They refused to give us a refund

The elevators were out, ice machine was broken, there was a huge spider in the lobby, my towels and comforter had yellow stains, the shower curtain was dirty and had black smudges as well as the walls in the shower. The doors in the stairway didnt have handles and the outside door did not lock. The rooms were humid even with the ac on and the beds were hard and uncomfortable.

Elevator broken and we were out on 3rd floor. No towels in the room, room keys wouldn’t work so multiple trips up and down 3 floors

Room was clean, but the property is not being maintained. Broken elevator, ice machine, laundry. Pool not maintained, outside door doesn't lock, no disclosure when booking.

Pool was out of service, didn't even make it pass check in
