距離熱門景點稍微遠點 不過房間很大 人員服務很好

離車站有一小段距離，早餐非常不錯，但房間被子有點薄，櫃臺服務非常棒

下佛倫倫斯車站後搭公車一站就可以走到飯店很方便，可惜剛好遇到在施工。早餐簡單，但是吃得飽分量足夠。飯店有點老舊，燈光昏暗，但是空間充足，wifi速度較慢，房間內收訊較差。有提供熱水，但是要跟服務人員要才會提供。

The staff was very kind and helpful! We had to fly from Florence to Zurich and did not want to take our big luggage, so they held our luggage for us. Then they had it in our room for us upon our return to Florence. They even remembered each of our names when we returned several days later, and we really felt like guests instead of just another number. I can not thank them enough for their hospitality!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel La Fortezza. The rooms were clean, modern, and spacious for 2 - 3 people. The beds and linens were luxurious. The breakfast was good and plentiful. We walked to most of the sites we wanted to see or took a short taxi ride when we were too tired at night. I highly recommend the hotel.

Staff was awesome. Checked us in quickly, contacted cabs for us when needed, pointed out the train station which we used often, recommended places to eat, and best of all provided a needed corkscrew for the copious bottles of excellent wine or beer our group consumed. They even researched train options to Rome termini and airport, so we would not miss our flight, due to a rail strike the day we traveled home.

Beautiful and clean place to stay. Staff was great. Not close to touristy places but just a 10 minute walk away.

The hotel was very clean and pretty. The desk staff was helpful - they even gave us an umbrella to use in the rain. The bathroom shower with the Statue of David on the wall was a fun touch!

The hotel is conveniently located close to Strozzi tram station; just a short trip from Firenze S.M. station. The hotel was very modern; clean and spacious. We were quite impressed with the breakfast buffet. The staff was friendly and helpful in helping us find great places to visit and eat. An excellent experience!
