Convienant location with easy access to major attraction points

The Location of this property was within walking distance of “old Quebec” & plenty of restaurants.

The location is great. Room is spacious. But unfortunately the first day the room made up was not very good. The dirty towels didn’t pick up as well as the garbage. The car park is narrow and have to be careful.

Clean and modernized rooms, indoor pool open till 10, great parking service (we took the valet service) Staff helpful and friendly. Close to all amenities! Highly recommend!

The walls are soo thin. We can hear our walking and banging from our neighbours which is louder than the festival that was happening outside of the hotel. It constantly woke up us up. My 8 years old son has to cover his hear with pillow since he keeps on waking up from the banging

La chambre propre et épuré! Un bémol, vraiment mauvais calcul de faire l’entretien d’un ascenseur secteur B durant le FEQ. Les déplacements étaient très longs et lent.

I wasn't very happy with our room and I had to upgrade it , and totally it was not very wow , just a simple room ,

Petite déception Le petit déjeuner n est pas au niveau de ceux d autres hôtels que nous avons eu lors de notre séjour au Canada : manque de jus de pamplemousse, muesli, etc... Points très positifs Hotel très central avec parking Belle chambre Personnel très sympathique et disponible

Très bel hôtel bien situé au cœur du Vieux-Québec. Nous avons adoré notre séjour.

The room was very clean and welcoming after a long day of walking down to the shopping areas. The staff is helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay again if I were visiting Quebec City.
