Very nice

Best thing about this hotel was the breakfast :( Our family room was ok size, adult beds were comfortable but that is where the positives end. I was unwell on arrival and needed to rest. The older female receptionist was dismissive of my urgency and difficult, she refused to tell me where to park until i had fully checked in (which was stressful as my car plus two others were blocking the ramp)! Then had the audacity to tell me to move my car, as if i wasnt trying to do that! I could not even have a bath and relax as there was black mold and no hot water (after 5pm). Reception were uninterested and said something about coils needing adjusting? but did not follow up. We ordered room service which arrived quickly but was basic and barely edible :( My children could not sleep on the terrible pull out beds. My teen daughter ended had up sleeping with us as springs were digging in her back . There were no coffee making facilities & no iron which is extremely poor for the price of the room. The pool was a decent size and looked great but the smell of mold and algea was over whelming, the scum lines, the broken rotten floorboards, bits/hair floating in the pool felt like a health hazard, not to mention the visable black mold on the walls. Disgusted they charge €21 extra for onsite parking too. ALL IN ALL - HEALTH HAZARD! I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN! We found it basic, over priced and COVERED in black mold

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel et nous en sommes très satisfaits. L'établissement est très bien situé, les chambres sont impeccablement propres et le personnel est accueillant. Nous avons déjeuné et dîné au restaurant de l'hôtel, et les deux repas étaient excellents. Le seul petit point d'amélioration serait d'ajouter une machine à café ou une bouilloire dans les chambres. À part cela, tout était parfait. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Good stay, nice location, good service, No complaints. Burgos is definitely worth a stay and this hotel seems to be the best choice.

Location is great, close to the old part of the cathedral and gate but at the same time is not in the middle of the everything. Building is nice and clean. Breakfast was ok.

Algo le pasaba al aire acondicionado porque no tenia fuerza parece ser que no tiene arreglo el tema segun dijeron y en olas de calor es muy necesario.

buen hotel buena ubicacion a 5 min de la catedral y se aparca bien por la zona.

Very clean and tidy throughout. We had a lovely room with a terrace. The staff could not have been more helpful. We will definitely stay there again when in Burgos. There is a large secure garage which accommodates European family saloons. Note you must draw up to the hotel and unload. Park in the garage and return up the hill via the stairs. But for us it was 5 star

The hotel was really nice, the views, the location and the staff were amazing. It really made my experience in Burgos unique.

Habitación grande con una cama muy cómoda. Desayuno calidad excelente y muy variado. Piscina, sauna y gimnasio en muy buenas condiciones. Personal muy servicial y amable. Todo perfecto.

El hotel por precio esta bien, ya necesita el hotel una actualización adecuada para una categoría de 4 estrellas, el area de la piscina esta aceptable nada mas, el area de dichas y sauna muy pequeño y no agradable. El desayuno esta muy bien. Y el staff del hotel muy aletargado y cansado todo el tiempo aunque tratan de hacer su esfuerzo. El hotel tiene potencial para destacar en un futuro si se aplica la administración en lograrlo
