Front desk person was awesome!

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was great, varied, and convenient. Our room was clean and quiet. We enjoyed our stay immensely, and we would stay here again when we visit the Seattle/Tacoma area.

we waited 30 minutes for the shuttle. We were waiting with someone else who had waited over an hour.

Liked reasonable vending machine prices. Disliked hallways, which were dark and dirty.

Night and day shifts front desk staff was extremely helpful and should be getting raises. In the pictures, the room looks well kept and all, in person, it shows their age a lot - however it's mostly cosmetic, it was clean mind you. The only bad thing was as soon as I opened the door a penetrant moldy/earthy smell greeted me. Thankfully I am mortally rhinitic and my nose soon shut off, but if your nose works properly, you might have a tad of an issue. The airport shuttle is very convenient, just know that if you arrive into Seattle by night, you are likely to be waiting a fair deal because of traffic. Call for the shuttle too, as the hotel requests tye pickup to the driver, they don't keep at the spot waiting for people. Overall, great for 1-2 nights stay or an airport hop.

This property is actually very nice but I can’t give it 5 stars because it says they have airport shuttle service but it is only available between specific hours. If you have a red eye flight or really early morning flights you will need to find other arrangements. The desk clerk was very patient while I checked on this but it was another added cost

It was a short stay, easy checkin and checkout. Rooms are very comfortable. Wasy to shopping, restaurants, and freeway.

This is the only hotel I’ve ever stayed at that the staff did not clean the room the whole time we were there. You have to request them to clean the room. We did this they still did not clean the room. You had to put the dirty towels outside the room and go to the front to get more. I would not recommend this hotel ever.

I'm sure this was a beautiful hotel when it was new. It's showing it's age. The pool and hot tub were closed. It seems like they are in the middle of renovation. There is construction debris outside of some of the rooms.

The staff was amazing

Efficient shuttle pick up. Reception desk lady lovely. No hot tub it was drained & obviously out of order for a long time. I book hotels for Hot tube as i have chronic pain. The adjoining Pub/Casino had lovely food options. The hotel is having reno s. However little disruption was experienced

I liked the included pool or sauna, but the eggs at breakfast gave me the runs, and they do not exchange smaller coins for quarters when their laundry machines only except quarters or payment through the app
