Clean facility, nice staff, good breakfast

Clean hotel with a good slide and hot tub. Kid friendly hotel so lots of kids always in the pool. Can get very noisy at times. Maintenance is average. Overall hotel is decent.

Waterslide was the highlight for the kids, kept them busy.

Older rooms but still clean and nice - has the most comfortable beds and pillows! Slide is fun but the pool could stand to be a little deeper at the drop out area. Breakfast is just ok ....lacking options. For example there are bagels but only one flavour. Also not very environmentally or cost friendly as it's all plastic cutlery/paper plates, cups etc. would stay here again for the great price and comfy beds!

Everything was clean and good and the swimming park was good for kids

Hotel is a bit old but well maintained the cleanliness and staff in the cafeteria lounge and front desk were nice.

Property, staff, rooms and breakfast were all great. We were on the second floor and the other guests were quite noisy, but the hotel was definitely worth it. Nice and close to the west Edmonton mall.

The hotel is perfect for families with children of all ages. The breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful! We will book here again. The restaurant, “Homefire” was wonderful! Located across the parking lot.

We spent 2 days at the hotel. The pool was an absolute blast, the bed was comfortable, the room was well lit and the air was easy to control. Over all a great experience, continental breakfast was alright, nothing overly fancy. It was in a great location.

This was our second stay. I love the location, friendly staff, wonderful breakfast and we love that the pool opens at 7:00am.

We got a family room and it was big with some division (not just a row of beds). Waterpark was great and breakfast was awesome.

Great family suite - comfy beds and spacious. Pool was small but SO FUN!! Hot tub was perfect.

The pool was ravaged by kids were unsupervised and were extremely loud and screaming. They also made it risky to slide down the pool as they were at the end of the slide and at one point time I nearly hit one of the children, despite letting them know numerous times that I was going down the slide. They hotels seemed dated. The room that we were in the bathroom door didn’t close all that well and there were screws coming out of the floor that we stepped on a few times. Our check-in was great. The gentleman was courteous and receptive.
