Pool area is quite small. Be prepared for crowd in that area.

Staff were mot helpful with direct communication also inattentive to front desk. in person service was rude corners missed for clean rooms.

The breakfast was fantastic

Great staff! Great location for shopping! There is a little updating that needs to be done. Small things, coat hook falling off the closet door, safe needs to be leveled, toilet barely fits, toilet handle is all rubbed off, But would definitely stay here again.

Pool was a bit too shallow for my 8 and 10 year old

Dislike how you takes 300 dollard deposit and take over a week to return. Credit card should be all that is required

Absolutely nothing bad to say about this hotel.

Rooms were clean and tidy. One power outlet and one tv remote were not working. No smart TVs, so regular steaming platforms weren't available. Although clean, the washroom was in need of repair. The bathroom floor was sagging and sunk each time we stepped in the middle (sub floor compromised?). And the wall paint was bubbling indicating possible moisture damage in the drywall. The pool, slide, hot tub, breakfast were all great! The major issue we faced were the paper thin walls and ceilings. We were on the 3rd floor and the people above us had a couple of kids that kept us up all night by their thumping feet. Bring earplugs or insist on being in the 4th floor.

Great breakfast. Only a few old machines in the gym. Not a lot of resources on site besides a couple of vending machines. Friendly staff though.

Great budget stay. Hotel was super clean and the beds were comfortable. Pool area was fun for the family. Didn’t catch breakfast so can’t comment on that. Walls are thin so if there’s a lot going on, on your floor, it could get noisy but we just had some minor noise. I’d stay here again
