Bed was so comfy, it was the best sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel. The pool and hot tub were also very clean. We had a very nice time.

We stayed at the Delta Hotel on the south side of Calgary and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the customer service at the front desk was outstanding. The staff members were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained, which made our visit even more enjoyable. The breakfast was amazing, with a great selection of delicious food. We truly appreciated the excellent service and hospitality and would gladly stay here again. Our kids especially loved the swimming pool and the hot tub. Both facilities were very clean, well maintained, and provided a great place for our family to relax and have fun. Highly recommended!

Great location

Was just right for our needs. Staff are super helpful and kind, room was clean and quiet (and has soft lighting which is rare in hotels and so helpful for us sensitive people). Breakfast was great.

Comfortable bed , nice room , great pub and breakfast restaurant

Well, it surprises me when a hotel puts the fitness room on the 3rd floor, right next to rooms they’re charging $300 per night for. Needless to say it was treadmills at 6:15 am. Maybe they should open the fitness room the same time as the pool- 9 am. We happened to be here when every child in central, Alberta is staying here with their family . Hockey weekend on steroids. So much for a relaxing time in the atrium enjoying the pool and hot tub, The hot tub currently has 25 underage children in it. There will be more pee in there than a toilet. Suddenly the atrium has lost all of its appeal

Everything was great except the heat wasn't working but they brought a space heater and that worked well.

Next time I will ask to stay in the “Atrium” building, the tower building was pretty far from the open pool and breakfast, the closer pool was closed, Room was ok. Staff were nice.

The staff were excellent.

We stayed for two nights. The first night we heard a loud banging noise all night. It sounded like the elevator braking system. In the morning we let the front staff know and they were absolutely incredible. They got us a new room and even asked us the next day if it was quieter. This isn’t the first time we have stayed at this hotel. There is a reason we always come back. Staff are so kind and friendly. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. And the two pools are awesome. We will definitely be back again next trip to Calgary.

Stayed 2 nights with 4 adults and 2 kids. The kids really enjoyed the pool & water slide.

Very clean and well maintained. All the staff were nice and helpful. The only complaints was breakfast buffet.

Had a lovely relaxing stay in an excellent location! We had some confusion as where to have breakfast and the time but we did have a fantastic meal and the service was exceptional! The pool and hot tub were great! It was very clean and had plenty of towels available to dry off! The room was clean had everything you might expect and the water and parking was complimentary. I would definitely recommend staying in this hotel!

Beautiful well maintained hotel and rooms. Everything was spotless I have no complaints at all . Will definitely stay here again!! Loved that all major stores and restaurants are in that area

Not very impressive for the money. The breakfast was very badly cooked, nothing like undercooked bacon to start your day.
