Perfect location with convenient car parking facilities. Friendly staff

The bed is comfortable but close to the door. The heater is great. Breakfast you can make your own pancake is nice and you can take something away. Sorroundings with Danny's and some restaurants, a small Korea super market that you won't get hungry. The room noisy is terrible... I'm not aware this is motel type. It is noisy from morning to night. People walking, talking and luggage moving sounds with floor shaking, clean car moving sounds, baby sounds, car open & close sounds. I can't sleep after the long flight trip. Sweaming pool is closed. Now I knew why some people said think twice before coming. Not recommend to who can't stand noisy environment.

Closet door broken, had to get maintenance to fix fridge and microwave no power at first. Breakfast was great, really like the hotel location.

We've stayed here with our volleyball team several times now and it's perfect for what we need. The girls love the breakfast and the rooms are spacious and thoughtfully laid out. The sink outside the bathroom is a nice touch for the girls and we find the fact that there are no indoor hallways keeps things quite a bit more quiet. Proximity to Metrotown is also a bonus and they are slowly renovating all the rooms so it's sure to get even better.

The rooms were very clean. The staff was nice. However, it’s quite loud. You can hear the people on each side of you. So loud it almost sounds like someone breaking in.

Amenities are recently updated. Simple and basic accommodation all in excellent condition. Loved the Nespresso machine in the room. Bed was comfortable and the water pressure great.

Usual breakfast. Staff are friendly. Great location.

Had a small issue with heat but maintenance came within five minutes and fixed immediately (breaker on heating unit had tripped). Good service.

There was no body wash in the shower. Bottle was empty. I would recommed putting a clear bottle so the housekeeping can see if they’re empty or full. Breakfast was very good.

Very nice, wonderful Breakfast with many, many options. Would not hesitate to stay again, highly recommend

Nothing to complain about

Clean room comfortable bed and pillows. Hot Breakfast was fabulous. We got some noise from guests moving around early next door and above. Bring earplugs lol. Also it was cool in the room, but front desk got us a second blanket so that was fine

Older building, exterior entrances, on a busy six lane highway. But the room was clean and everything worked fine. Breakfast at the Chinese restaurant next door was good, a standard chain hotel hot breakfast. Service was pleasant.
