Lp上推荐。前卫的现代酒店，地理位置好，楼下就是公车站，去市区一站地，坐Postlingberg也很方便。前台态度亲切帮忙查路线提供了许多帮助。房间配有小阳台可以吸烟。浴室明亮，配有基本的洗漱用品。还有额外付费的自家品牌生活用品，设计挺有新意。

This was, without exaggeration, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. We booked this hotel for one night while travelling to Germany with my parents and a friend. I had informed the hotel in advance that my mother has ill and needed a larger room with space for her wheelchair and medical equipment. The hotel claims to be 4-star, but in my honest opinion it was 2-star at best. The rooms and corridors had a horrible, overpowering chemical smell. This was not a mild odour — it made our lungs hurt. All four of us struggled to breathe after only a few minutes. My mother became very unwell and had difficulty breathing. We checked several rooms and floors, but the same smell was everywhere. I do not know what the substance was, but it was so strong and widespread that I wondered whether it may have been some kind of chemical treatment, possibly even for bed bugs. That is only my supposition, but the smell was absolutely not normal. The receptionist was unhelpful and seemed more worried about getting into trouble than about my mother’s health. I asked whether she expected me to keep my severely ill mother there just to protect her job. We had no choice but to leave. The receptionist promised we would receive a refund, but I have still not received a penny. We ended up at Hotel Ploberger, which was excellent — clean, professional and a completely different standard. I strongly recommend not staying at this hotel if you value your lungs!

So they give you a card to park so this means you enter in the parking with their card and then you go out so this means the parking is paid and they still make you pay at the end and they don't tell you about this and also if you come at 2pm you're gonna ask you for money just to wait one hour tell a bunch of very weird people

Generous size double room with more than ample space for hanging/storage of clothes. Good size bathroom with shower & bath. Clean & comfortable though air conditioner a bit noisy. Staff polite & friendly. Breakfast had good choice of healthy options, nice selection of fruit, seeds, nuts & yogurt as well as usual cold meat & cheese. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, would definitely go back.

Problems with the security box, didnt function according to instructions so I could not use them

Idéalement situé sur la rive en face de la vieille ville, l’hôtel possède un parking souterrain accessible avec la carte de la chambre. Aucune problème pour le respect de l’environnement avec une chambre faite sur demande mais sur un séjour de 5 nuits, nous aurions aimé que les poubelles soient tout de même vidées régulièrement et le papier toilette réapprovisionner au moins une fois. Néanmoins le Personnel très avenant à la réception et dans les étages

das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber, Frühstück hervorragend, leider etwas zu hellhörig (Nachbarzimmer) für meinen Geschmack

Genügend Parkplätze verfügbar, das Frühstück könnte vielfältiger sein.

Der Herr beim Check in war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Hotel befindet sich in der Nähe vom Ars Electronics und das Zentrum kann man in ein paar Gehminuten gut erreichen. Frühstück war hervorragend und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich.

Avoid 7th floor - had to walk 1 flight up from 6th floor as elevator only goes to the 6th not 7th floor. 7th floor feels colder - as it is the top floor and may not be well insulated. Original assigned room on 6th floor - mini fridge not working and no TV in living room
