位置在市中心，各景點步行都可以到達，很方便，離中央車站也不遠，櫃檯服務人員態度親切，推薦我們當天是維也納莫札特交響樂團的最後一場音樂會，值得去聽，讓我們享受到這場音樂會，典型的歐陸早餐非常不錯，餐廳氣氛很好，免費咖啡和熱可可可以直接跟服務人員點，如果下次再去維也納會想再入住，也會推薦給朋友。

The staff at the hotel was exceptional. They went above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating. The front desk staff was especially helpful and professional. They provided five star service. Staff at breakfast were very friendly and prompt with service.

Lovely hotel in just the right place, close enough to amenities (8 minute walk to Opera House) but far enough away so peaceful at nightimes. Full of character and history, rooms good size, and daily housekeeping, hotel was spotless everywhere. Staff were excellent and extremely helpful with any queries. Breakfast was amazing. Will be back !! Highly recommend.

Location staff breakfast and room was brand new had nice coffee and beds were very comfortable new mattress! Staff was so helpful and kind. Breakfast was superb so much variety and coffees made to order!
