超爛的 super bad 出發前10天還確認過的行程,結果check in當天經理跟我們說沒房間, 還說確認通話紀錄是我跟hotel.com 之間的對話不算數 害我們在大雪中在外找旅館超沒誠信的,根本欺負華人， 大家要小心啊

Chambre spacieuse et lit très confortable. Hôtel très bien situé en plein centre qui permet de faire beaucoup de choses à pied . Malgré tout très calme . Personnel très sympathique et serviable. Très bon petit déjeuner. Nous savons où aller si nous revenons à Vienne, sans aucune hésitation.

Le personnel est compétent et à l'écoute. Le petit déjeuner est de qualité

Helt ok hotell med en meget bra beliggenhet i en stille sidegate til hovedgågaten. Litt slitt og velbrukt men helt greit hotell. Hyggelig betjening.

Wonderful old hotel which has been maintained to a very high standard. Staff superb- friendly, helpful and attentive. The manager is a great ambassador for the hotel - a really nice person. This was our 8th time at the hotel and we will be returning. Breakfast is amazing. Hotel in a beautiful street and so central.

An amazing hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast with fizz was a touch above the norm. Our room was superb and huge, albeit the floorboards did creak a bit. I would definitely want to return to this hotel if we were to go back to Vienna.

Lovely hotel. Perfect location on a quiet street. Friendly staff and a super clean room. Breakfast was great with "British" options too. Most sites within walking distance but U bahn so easy to use. Thoroughly enjoyed our city break and would certainly go back.
