Clean room, great for a stop on a trip!

The hotel itself was excellent. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff were very courteous and helpful. We were disappointed in the restaurant both at dinner and at breakfast.

Terrible

Room was very clean and suited our needs to a (T) . We enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub with our granddaughter.

Solid room with good bit of space. Nice atrium and pool area.

Door of room had weird paint splatters along the bottom half. Housekeeping knocked on door at 9am and we told them we were still in the room. Then they knocked again at 10:30. Checkout is 11 so housekeeping should not bother until after then. Bed and linens were comfortable and clean.

We had a great stay in this hotel. Definitely will stay here again.

We book this hotel every time we are in Kamloops, consistently great experience, the pool, rooms etc.

Spacious room suitable for several nights. We were only there overnight so didn’t take advantage of the amenities or restaurant. Staff were friendly and efficient at check out. Would stay there again

Good location, nice pool area, good restaurant and comfortable beds. Quite busy. It was close to the mall and the highway. A nice stop between Alberta and Vancouver.

We had a large two bedroom room which turned out great with our grown kids. The pool was nice and not too busy. Towels were provided. The restaurant had good food and a decent atmosphere. Overall a pleasant stay.

Great hotel- the pool area was fantastic for the kids- food was great and room service was quick! The hot tub was cold (bath warm) which is my complaint - after a long day of driving I was looking forward to a soak and was disappointed. Fantastic location if you're driving through

We stayed in the honeymoon suite for a night. It was nice and clean, and it had everything we needed for one night.

It was a fine place to stay for the night. Nothing outstanding or impressive or nice. It’s basic, par at best. Another somewhat recent renovation of an old building. Noticeably mediocre but that’s the going rate for $250/night in 2026. The balcony faced inward so there was no real outside. It was the best of options available trying to book the night of my arrival during the wildfires nearby.
