Room is big and comfortable. Very friendly and nice staff .

We stayed here for the night after attending a wedding nearby we checked in early and were greeted by a lovely member of staff who gave us lots of information and made us feel special we were allowed to leave our car in the onsite car park which was very convenient with lots of spaces we used the hotel bar after returning from our wedding and found the staff very friendly and efficient on gaining entry to our room we were surprised how big the room was it was air conditioned which we were very grateful for as it was extremely hot weather the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom very spacious tea/coffee was available in the room too our check out was very easy and again a lovely member of staff was very helpful

The property is lovely and well maintained. All members of staff where pleasant. Our room was very clean. It was classed as a suite, but I'm not sure it really was. It had two areas to it, but very basic. The air con didn't work that well which was a shame given the weather was very hot. Other than that it is worth a stay.

We were given a room on the second floor and the lifts were out of service for most of our stay which was very difficult. That coloured our view of the whole experience. The restaurant was okay but we wouldn't eat there again by choice.

Very nice hotel, staff and room were both excellent, bit of down side is menu doesn't change much for every day, and if booking via camparenson website you'll need to pay for the health club, on which the website like Expedia doesn't say so. Otherwise fantastic hotel

Lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable though some fixtures eg bathroom door could do with some attention. Pool was lovely, breakfast was good.

Great location for over night stay in Hinckley with friendly and helpful staff

We had an excellent two-night mini break at this hotel and would happily stay again. The hotel was well maintained, with ample parking, a great bar, and a lovely outdoor patio area that we thoroughly enjoyed in the sunshine. We didn't eat at the hotel, so I can't comment on the food. However, it's worth noting that if you book through a third-party site such as Expedia or Hotels.com, access to the spa and swimming pool incurs an additional charge of £10 per person for the duration of your stay. This wasn't made clear at the time of booking and came as a surprise. On our first night, there was some disturbance from a group of local youths driving noisily along the road at the front of the hotel. However, the hotel staff dealt with the situation promptly and professionally, which was appreciated and helped minimise the disruption. The hotel was perfectly located for exploring the local town and the excellent restaurants nearby. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would certainly return.

Excellent hotel and location

After arrival we decided to have a meal in the Bar, waited about 15 minutes to order although not busy. When the food arrived chips were not cooked and salad had dressing on that wasn’t mentioned. Food was changed but had to wait a while. Breakfast was ok, although busy.

Good hotel with a nice leisure club that you can use. Breakfast was great. Staff helpful. We stayed here before an event at the Coventry Arena and it was convenient for that.

Arrived at the hotel on first impression the hotel looked nice. We checked In to be told there’s an additional charge to use the facilities after paying nearly £200 for the room. Our room was on the first floor but had to walk through corridor after corridor which felt never ending. We entered the room to find it completely run down in desperate need of a maintenance and a fresh lick of paint was in desperate need. The bathrooms are extremely old fashioned and again in desperate need of repair. The bed was tiny and the sofa bed was dirty and uncomfortable. We went to reception to ask to move to another room they advised there was non available and unable to help they didn’t seem to bothered when we said we wouldn’t be staying the night an would find other accommodation. I then asked for a Refund but was told to contact bookings. Com as they couldn’t offer a refund. Just throughly disappointing in the whole experience we won’t be returning.

Trevligt hotell med en fenomenal restaurang!

The staff were really helpful. I was placed near the stairs and much later on in the night, it was really noisy and the doors banged loudly. I had already have my review stating it was quite which was incorrect. I think having to pay £10 to use the amenities was a bit too much. I didn't get to do much as we had a busy schedule. The conference rooms need an upgrade as it was dated, the windows were rotting and there was a very misty smell. Overall it was nice and it helped that the majority of the staffs were really friendly and helpful.

Room clean and well equipped. Staff very helpful. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. Spa excellent.

Everything was excellent worth the money

Beautiful place, lovely spa area and rooms. Clean and welcoming, outdoor areas were well maintained and nice to spend time in.

Had an adequate but underwhelming stay here over the bank holiday weekend. 3 weddings in 2 days made for a busy hotel. Rooms in need of some TLC. The cleaner hadn’t cleaned the toilet properly before we checked in & we were met by someone else’s poo stains. Took 45 mins for room service to bring us some ice. Food in restaurant was mixed - risotto was amazing, burger very basic - and service was slow. Bar area looks into the area where the weddings are held, so no nice relaxing views. Nothing luxurious about this hotel. Won’t be back.
