很遗憾，空调控制完全失灵，房间温度常年保持在23度。晚上太热了。我多次要求解决，或者换一间可以开窗通风、不临街的房间，但工作人员都无能为力，也不愿意帮忙。以后不会再住了。

Unfortunately, the aircon control does nothing and the room was a constant 23 degrees. Too warm for me at night. Despite asking for a solution, or a room where I could open the window which wasn’t next to the road, staff were not able/willing to help. Won’t be staying again.

The room simple and clean, close to the "i love Amsterdam" sign and easy to get to some places with the trem. Good one
