房間太小了，其他都還好。

Hotelnya sangat nyaman dan berada di lokasi yang bagus, sayangnya ketika saya menginap disana cuaca sedang hujan jadi tidak bisa jalan jalan menikmati suasana sekitar

The wall is so thin. You can hear people walking past the room or people next door talking, or the phone vibrating. It 's so bad. The room is OK, but the location is good. Easily accessible to many restaurants.

My friend and I booked two separate rooms and we got rooms on two different buildings which is not even the ITC hotel building. The worst thing is that I got to carry my luggages up the three narrow stairs without any help. Apart from that the location was great and staff are friendly.
