Lovely stay at this comfortable friendly hotel. Special mention to the very helpful Victoria on reception who provided excellent customer service.

Great location, quiet but close to city centre/Altstad. You get a welcomecard with free use of bus and tram if you stay 3 nights minimum. Roomy apartment, comfortable beds. Safe Parkring (however expensive) and ev charger. Would stay there again.

Tolles Apartment, nicht ganz in der Stadt, aber Straßenbahn direkt vor der Tür. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Bra lägenhet, gångavstånd till tågstationen och ca 20mim till gamla staden. Fin park i närheten med lekparker vilket var bra för barnen. Lägenheten var ren och väldigt rymlig. Riktigt kök och vi hade en stor terrass. Kan rekommendera boendet.

All the polish of a hotel but the independence of an apartment. The place was pristine and conveniently located within large suitcase rolling distance of the train station and next to a park that was beautiful in the spring with the stunning backdrop of the mountains.

This is for sure one of the best hotels we have stayed at. I would rate it even more than 5 stars. The reception manager was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. We highly recommend this hotel.

Apartment stay perfect for us. Great location, team stops right outside or an easy 10 minute walk to the town centre. Apartment lovely and warm after a day out exploring in the cold. Welcome card useful - free public transport including the airport bus. Steam room and sauna great - modern, clean and seem not to be overused. Great stay. Vielen dank

Stay was very good. Helpful staff, good breakfast option and laundry onsite.

Convenient location near the tram lines 2 and 5. The apartment was clean. However, if you need a clean towel, they charge 10€ per towel which I find a bit steep. Specially without cleaning service, just picking them up at the registration desk. Breakfast was not included, as expected. We were awaken by the cleaning staff at 8.30 on our departure day but it was a mistake on their side. Otherwise, very friendly staff.

Great stay, apartments are well equipped, spacious and bright. They are perfectly located with tram stops right by them. The owners and management are also very cordial. Would love to stay there again.

Siamo stati molto bene in questa struttura. Nonostante abbiamo usufruito degli appartamenti ci ha accolto la reception dell'hotel che ci ha fornito anche indicazioni sulla città. La struttura è convenzionata con un programma comunale per cui per soggiorni a partire da 2 notti fornisce la welcome card che permette l'uso gratuito dei mezzi, comodissimi e vicini alla struttura

Every wishes fullfilled

The room was large and comfortable. The hotel was in a great location - there was a tram stop almost directly across the street. Our issue was with the air conditioning. The system was set to turn off after 3 hours - something we discovered at 2am when we woke up to a ridiculously hot room. We turned it back on and then woke up again at about 5:30am - again to a very hot room. We spoke with the staff and apparently there was a setting that automatically turned the air off after 3 hours - which would be fine had it not been getting up to 30C. It made for a miserable 3 nights of broken sleep.
