The surrounding is very quiet and the room is large, but the drainage in the shower is very poor and seriously blocked

very good room, with almost everything a family need inside!

The location is good, the staff are friendly, but the breakfast is not really good except that it is complementary.

3X, no staff was available at obby and were very slow to respond. During check out at 4:30am, no staff was available in the lobby and after lengthy clapping and wait, one showed up sleep walking. On another note, the manager told me to bring down the trashes to lobby and the other staff said why did you bring the trashes here. However, many thanks to the kitchen staff for the delicious breakfast, they were awesome.

The front desk was excellent. The bathroom and hallways could use some deep cleaning.

The only issue we had was the tub was slippery and my wife fell.

Excellent accommodations, comfortable bed, clean rooms, nice pool and hot tub, wonderful staff, one of the best hotel breakfasts we ever had.

Ryan was very friendly. So were the staff at checkout. The breakfast is delicious, and my rooms always clean. We did not have dish soap, or bar soap, and Ryan at the front desk was very helpful by retrieving it. It’s my second stay there, and I just recommended it to a friend. One of my favorite hotels!

The front desk staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. Overall, it was nice and clean.

The only suggestion was to have someone service the AC in room 326. It was extremely noisy in the bedroom as the HVAC unit is housed in a closet by the bed. So that was a bit noisy while sleeping but we were grateful for the AC given the heat! Thanks again - staff is really helpful and friendly. Appreciated having a gluten free options for breakfast. See you for our next RI visit!

Sheets did not fit, shower was dirty, housekeeping looks like it was did quickly and poorly

Very nice hotel with great space for our whole family. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. We did enjoy the stays.

It was a really quick stop so don't really have any "+" or "-"

The hotel was clean, the pool and hot tub were great. Our suite was perfect for two adults and two kids. There were restaurants close. The ease of check in and the friendliness of staff was a welcome bonus!
