อาหารอร่อยมาก บริการปลานกลาง แต่ห้องพักแย่มาก ฝักบัวอาบน้ำไม่ดี มีน้ำไหลเป็นเส้นเดียว ระบบระบายน้ำแย่น้ำขังขณะอาบน้ำ แอร์เสียงดังพนักงานต้องตบแอร์เมื่อเปิดแอร์

I got room with road view. I couldn't sleep at all. The road very very noise. The room doesn't has anti doubt wall. Overall is Okey. The staff very helpful and nice. They give good information and help me to extend my visa.

พึ่งไปพักที่โรงแรมอัญญา นานา สุขุมวิทมา3วัน2คืน พนักงานต้อนรับดีมากๆย้ำว่าดีทุกคนดียันแม่บ้านทำความสะอาด วันแรกพักชั้น2แต่มีคนแอบดูดบุหรี่เหม็นควัญเข้ามาในห้องขอเปลี่ยนห้องน้องก็เปลี่ยนให้ขึ้นมาชั้น3ห้องก็สะอาดดีแตมีเสียงรบกวนจากภายนอกบ้างแต่ไม่เป็นไร วันแรกที่เข้าพักก็มีปัญหาไฟฟ้าดับประมาณครึ่งชั่วโมง ควรมีเอกสารแจ้งเตือนลูกค้าล่วงหน้า ส่วนเรื่องอาหารก็เข้าใจแหละคะว่าเป็นโรงแรมเล็กๆมีอาหารไม่มากทำตามจำนวนผู้เข้าพักที่ต้องการอาหารเช้า แต่โดยรวมคือถือว่าดีแล้วสำหรับเรา เพราะเรามาพักเพื่อรอไปตรวจสุขภาพที่โรงพยาบาลบำรุงราษฎร์ซึ่งอยู่ไม่ไกลเดินจากโรงแรมแค่5นาทีก็ถึงสะดวกดี ชอบการบริการที่ดีมากๆ ดีทุกคนจริงๆค่ะ

The hotel not same like in picture,air condition was very noisy,no smooking room,tv channel only local channel and I am foreigner.but the staff friendly.

The bed was very uncomfortable the shower leaked all over the floor in the drain was clogged up

'Upgraded' room was an indoor room without window. Superior room was a very small room (not 25m2). I requested high floor, got a room on the third floor. I requested a big bed, got a small bed with a terrible worn-out mattress. No closet to hang clothes, no place to put falcons in shower. The whole hotel is not worth a 4-star rating. At almost 1,400B/night very poor value for too much money! I will not book there again.

Service was bad and the staff not able to communicate in English. Room condition was bad and with the price paying was 100% not worth it. Will not recommended to stay in this hotel.

จองไว้เกือบเดือนขอห้องที่มีหน้าต่าง กลับได้ห้องไม่มีหน้าต่าง ไปต่อรองบอกห้องเต็ม จองไว้ควรล็อคไว้ให้ไม่ใช่หรอ พอได้ห้องเปิดมาเหม็นอับ เหม็นบุหรี่ ขอเครื่องดูดอากาศบอกแม่บ้านกลับแก้ปัญหาอะไรไม่ได้เลยนอกจากสเปรย์ พนักงานพูดจาไม่โอเคด้วย โดยรวมแย่มาก

It's really not good hotel there is room no any window and no good service from hotel special on toilet water coming up also room is not healthy for anyone going to sleep. I'm waiting in lobby 9.43 up 10.00 am still not working. Check out. 9.43am 28.11.2018. It's really not good hotel what he writing from website. Too much different.

Nice room, elevator, wifi 1user for 2.Location near many restaurants and halal food. Staff were extremely helpful, especially front office,housekeeper and bellboy.

They have bad internet connection and bad smell from bathrooms.

ห้องแคบมากๆๆ...ควรลดดาวลงนะคะ เหลือ 2-3 ดาวพอ แต่ก็สะอาดดีค่ะ แต่การเดินทางไม่สะดวกเลย รถวิ่งทางเดียว และเป็นทางระยะยาวด้วย และค่อนข้างติดอีก โดยรวมคือไม่คุ้มราคาเลย
