酒店位置很好 很市中心 從巴塞隆納機場搭乘 機場巴士再行10分鐘就到 酒店衛生很好 浴缸很寬敞 房間的設置也不錯 唯一缺點是隔音效果一般 經常聽到其他房間客人的對話

地點方便，房間大且乾淨，價格也非常好，十分推薦

地點非常具有優勢，無論要去哪裡搭大眾交通工具或TAXI 都非常方便，附近美味餐廳也非常多，購物也方便，步行就能逛ZARA等品牌或英國宮或超市，走路就能到米拉之家和巴特羅之家。而且飯店的門禁安全讓人很放心。

遠離比較亂的舊區在大馬路，晚一點回飯店感覺很安全，離地鐵也很近可以快速的入住，其餘的部分就一如四星飯店的水準，讓人很滿意，不會有照片騙人的問題，特別提一下早餐很好吃，是在一樓對外營業的餐廳內用餐，吃飽出門逛景點真的很幸福。

Stayed two nights post-cruise. The hotel was wonderful，great staff，clean，10minutes walking to La Rambla .Will definetly stay again in the future.

The property is well located, safe and clean. Unfortunately, we had an issue with people heavily smoking in the neighboring room. After three sleepless nights and after calling security, they finally moved us to a different floor. This is too bad since the property is otherwise a good option downtown Barcelona.

What we like most about this property is the buffet breakfast. The staffs are helpful and friendly.

They didn’t give me the room that I booked from Expedia site , no tea or coffee in the room, very noisy and crowded no restaurant close by.

The location of the hotel is perfect and in close proximity to all the shopping and metro. We were able to check in early as well. One thing is the AC unit wasn’t working properly and it felt wet and humid in the room, they looked into it and nothing changed.

It is a convenience location. The room is good size. Staffs are friendly and helpful to provide local attractions around the hotel. It is an older building but was upgraded with quality materials years ago, not in recent fashion but elegant.

Very convenient location. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The rooms are good size and comfortable. Air conditioning is vary by rooms as I got 4 rooms and one of them is not cold enough. The free coffee is excellent for breaks.

Esperava mais do hotel. Não tem academia, o elevador faz um barulho estranho, o ar condicionado fica armando e desarmando, fazendo barulho que me incomodava a noite. Não repõem as amenidades no banheiro e nem o roupão de banho. A localização é muito boa. O ponto forte é o café da manhã, que é excelente, gourmet, com várias opções. No mais , acho que olharia outras opções antes de fechar novamente. Paguei caro para o nível do hotel ( custo/ benefício não foi adequado).
