We were given a very warm welcome at check in, free drink vouchers, and a room upgrade. The view of the falls was amazing, the included buffet breakfast was delicious and had hot and cold options. Everything was clean, could not fault the hotel, and would happily stay again.

We have got perfect room. They upgraded our room and we got a perfect view of Niagara in our room. This hotel is very perfect if you want to see Niagara Falls from the room. But the information from the concierge are not really helpfull. The did not explain clearly about everything we asked. I guess maybe because they are so busy servicing lots of guests there
