The hot tub didn’t work

The property had a few issues - broken ice machines, spa out of order and a temporary ac unit out in the front of the property- contributed to the good not excellent rating. Property could use an update, that being said staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Well located for our needs. We couldn't use the electronic to enter the room because we booked via a third party (Experia)

The first room I was given smelled awful, staff was very helpful and moved me immediately to a less terrible smelling room (but still smelled) The beds are all springs and impossible to sleep on- I tried to sleep balanced on pillows. The sheets had a disgusting stain on them so I was also sleeping on a towel. The only good thing about this hotel were the kind staff but the whole place should be gutted. Not even remotely Hilton quality

Although I applaud the fact that there is EV charging, the charge for this amenity is ridiculous. This amenity should be free or at most 5 to 10 cents per kwh. You're asking another company to manage this for you and they are ripping people off.

John Krivorot at the reception desk and Sergio Tapia, Server were particularly helpful, personable and commendable. There were a number of others, of course, but I didn't have a pen and paper to hand!

I had a long day, a lot of disruptions, bad luck etc. But your staff was so friendly, and walking into the clean room with my name and a welcome sign on the TV was small but huge. Thanks for making me feel so welcome.

Sunday front desk staff were rude and terrible. My check in was delayed well beyond assured time.

Adequate breakfast buffet. Very hardworking and attentive waiter at the buffet. Only criticism: the gym was too hot as it was right next to the pool.
