Staff is not polite and helpful. Not welcoming at all. Not recommended.

The front desk is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean. The location is nice for transportation to the airport, and for shopping and business.

很好的位置，在正市中心。房子虽然不大但是床特别舒服，况且厕所超级大，非常棒。

Nice Hotel but NO FREE WIFI or Internet access?...you may have a 24hrs free trial but the speed is better than NO..

good location if you take the train to Granada, only 10 mins by walking. But no free wifi in the room and the hotel looks old.

El hotel está muy bien. Muy bien ubicado (a 15 mins andando del centro). Las habitaciones están bien de tamaño. Todo está muy limpio. Tienen unas vistas agradables desde la habitación. Lo cogimos con desayuno y era tipo buffet, muy completo. No tengo nada negativo que decir. Volvería a alejarme sin duda en este hotel. Me gustó todo.
