Hotel is conveniently located near the old town and mamy restaurants. Breakfast is delicious and the view on rooftop is nice. Room is clean but the water draining from the bathtub is slow.

Excellent position. Quiet, but central. Lovely and relaxing sitting outside dining with the marina below and the lagoon type water area beyond. Excellent breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff.

Very good breakfast and a beautiful view from the sky bar. The pool and sunbeds on the rooftop were also very nice. A very well-located hotel that was clean and well-maintained overall.

Centrally located hotel within easy walking distance to town centre. Decent breakfast (special shoutout to the guy who made the omlette!). The rooms were a decent size and clean. Only complaint is that there was an odd smell in the corridors.

La terrasse pour le petit déjeuner est exceptionnelle avec une vue sur toute la ville. La machine à café était positionné à un endroit sans prise électrique, ça illustre bien le sens du service de l'hôtel qui n'avait pas prévenu que nous aurions des odeurs pendant notre séjour

The hotel is very beautiful, clean, and perfectly located within walking distance of the city center, restaurants, and the marina. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. You could really feel the great service and warm atmosphere, which made the experience even better. The room was comfortable, very clean, and had everything I needed. The breakfast was also very good with a wide variety of options and a lovely view over Faro. I highly recommend Occidental Faro to anyone looking for a comfortable, beautiful, and relaxing stay in Faro.

Le roof top vaut à lui seul le détour avec piscine chauffé , le parking il faut pas avoir peur pour rouler dedans… La chambre est mal fini entre le boîtier de la clim qui tient pas correctement les finitions qui laisse à désirer(peinture, joint etc), la porte de la sdb tellement imbibé d’eau qu’elle est abîmé. Des petites mouches des éviers j’en ai tué 5 en même pas 24h Le bruit de la soufflerie qui se fait bien entendre (clim éteinte)

Great location - right on the main hub- as close to old town with out being inside the walls and totally walkable are with tons of great food and atmosphere for all types and levels of activity Hotel staff were great and the rooms were perfect for us.

Friendly staff and great breakfast! Enjoyed the heated pool on windy days and the spa facilities (wet and dry sauna). Would return!

We had a full size fridge. Maid was exceptionally good. We left her tips daily. Very clean. Parking was perfect. Under the building. Pool was great, 2 of them outside. Great location. Groceries beside. Beach a walk away and HUGE. Restaurants there were exceptional. Boardwalk to the water and up the beach. Perfect.

Have stayed at the hotel many times and like the location, rooms and rooftop restaurant and pool. Enjoyed our latest stay but under the new ownership, breakfast buffet selection not as strong and room cleaning sometimes as late as 5pm and beyond
