Molto pulito e silenzioso.

Das Hotel ist verkehrsgünstig in der Nähe der Autobahn gelegen (insgesamt ruhig, jedoch bei geöffnetem Fenster Autobahn hörbar). Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Blick auf den Genfer See über die Felder. Freundlicher Empfang. Zimmer sauber im Businessstyle (Standardzimmer klein, aber ausreichend). Deutsche Steckdose am Board vorhanden (ansonsten Schweizer Steckdosen). Fernseher mit deutschen Fernsehprogrammen. Kleiner Kühlschrank mit einer Flasche Wasser zur Ankunft. Bequeme Betten. Sehr gutes Wifi. Umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet. Bei gutem Wetter kann man auf der Restaurant Terrasse frühstücken.

I had a short stay here - the staff were able to find me a room as I arrived to check in early - room clean and comfortable - and good AC! Pool area was very busy. Breakfast a little disappointing but OK - lots of dirty trays still on tables outside - so finding a place to sit was difficult - and inside it was very busy. Would visit again.

Places de stationnement gratuites. Billard a disposition très apprécié. Petit déjeuné copieux et varié. Personnels de l'établissement généralement sympathique Chambre propre. Restaurant et bar de l'hôtel cosy. Cuisine raffinée et variété diverses avec carte saisonnière. Accessibilité d'accès via l'autoroute.

Rien à redire tout était parfait

Really bad service... is use to come here more or less often... but there is a guy that always find a reason to charge me more than usual...

They could not accomodate us in the airport shuttle and we had to pay $100 for a taxi from the airport. This hotel is very far from the airport!!!! The use of the sauna and whirlpool required payment and they said they were booked all of our stay so those features were not possible for us. The pool was closed. The hotel value for money was very poor. No breakfast for early departures.

Room clean, no view though, only of the highway. Service attentive throughout

Uncleaned bathrooms. Small room, couldn’t keep the triple because it was dirty and had to move to a smaller room as they said they didn’t have any more triples. Hotel staff doesn’t replenish not even the water of bottle in the room. Apparently it’s only 1 bottle per stay regardless of how many days you’re there.

The hotel location was very convenient for us because family lives 6 minutes away. The bathrooms and rooms aren’t cleaned property. During my first stay I had to change rooms as it was filthy. The other rooms were o.k. Breakfast was nice and plentiful. The lady at the recepción desk was very nice, while the others so, so. The €25 credit, they dictated was only to be used in the wellness w/ limited hours, (sauna and steam room) so we very were disappointed- didn’t say in Expedia, they just said they changed the policy recently. As we were not able to use it in 3 occasions due to schedule, and the last day they charged us for it, and had to spend aprox 25 minutes to get a credit back to my CC. . Not much to do around the hotel, is isolated and the shuttle to airport has limited hours.

Wery nice hotel, Wery clean

I am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. One of the main reasons I booked it was because it clearly stated that the airport transfer was free from the airport to the hotel, yet nowhere in the app or booking information did it mention that it had to be pre-booked or that it was only available during specific hours. This is misleading advertising, and it caused serious inconvenience upon arrival. Additionally, the air conditioning filters were extremely dirty, which raises serious concerns about the hotel’s hygiene and maintenance standards. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially for a hotel that presents itself as professional and guest-oriented. Overall, this experience did not meet my expectations at all, and I would not choose to stay here again.

Très belle salle de sport : calme, confortable et parfaitement équipée. L’hôtel est chaleureux, et le wellness rend l’expérience encore meilleure !

Notre séjour de 4 nuits en chambre lits jumeaux s'est très bien passé. La chambre est petite et nécessite un petit rafraîchissement de peinture. Mais c'est très calme, silencieux et propre. Personnel très sympathique, notamment Herbert à la réception. La piscine est un réel plus pour l'établissement. Il est dommage que certains clients n'en respectent pas le règlement (évitent le pediluve et entrent en baskets, mettent de la musique, plongent...). Le fait de bénéficier de la gratuité des transports aux alentours est appréciable.
