Not sure why it wouldn’t be mentioned that there was active construction going on in the hotel, which effected the amenities we planned on using. The room was clean and the staff were alright. Didn’t get to try out the pool as we left out of frustration due to the loud construction going on. The spas hours were reduced because of the construction, one of the main reasons we chose to stay at brook street was the spa. The breakfast was overpriced for what it is. When checking out we were not even asked how our stay was, a first for us. Won’t be back.

We had a noise issue with the HVAC system which we noticed after midnight on the first night of a 2 night stay. It was very late so we put up with it. The next morning we informed the front desk and they said someone would look into it. The 2nd night it was the same. We basically couldn't sleep properly for 2 nights because of a clicking noise in the HVAC ducting. At checkout we referenced it with the lady on duty. She seemed disinterested and didn't acknowledge our concerns. Don't like to complain, but a good night's sleep is what you're most hoping for in a hotel room. Probably just unlucky!

The hotel was nice, but our room felt stuffy. It might have been because we were on the top floor.

Lovely, comfortable hotel, wonderful staff, good food, gorgeous golf course and pool.

The room was amazing except for the lighting. Please, why so dark? I couldn’t see into the safe to make sure my belongings were out without the flashlight on my phone. Curtains had to be opened all the way for natural light otherwise the room was dark. The lights that existed were very dull. Only 1 drawer but a decent closet. When staying for several days we need drawers!!! Overall the room was huge and very nice. Also, it would be nice if the bar was open past 11:00 pm on a Saturday.

Beautiful property on Marshes golf course. Starbucks, Jazz bar, Spa, nice staff, it was a delightful stay!

I accidentally booked the room and no regrets my kids loved the options of pools and the restaurant is in the hotel. Friendly staff

I'm still waiting for the refund of the $200 they made me pay extra.

Room was very clean. We enjoyed our stay.

great stay just the layout of the hotel is wonky in terms of getting to the hotel pool you need to go thru the second floor gym . Staff were great .

L’aire du spa n’était pas adéquat. Il n’y avait aucune tranquillité et calme. Impossible de se reposer, les spas sont situés à côté de l’aire de jeu de la piscine.

Clean room, good amenities

There for a short stay. Enjoyed the outdoor pool and hot tub in the evening. Appreciated the free parking with Expedia VIP membership. Would definitely recommend to others and would stay again.

Professional staff. Great outdoor pool, clean and modern rooms

Very expensive hotel so we expected it to be nice. The pool should never close because they are overcapacity that is completely unacceptable. Nice that you didn’t have to pay for parking. The stay was fine but the hotel was very overpriced.
