I’ve stayed at Brookstreet Hotel many times over the years, and it has always been a place I genuinely look forward to returning to. The service, atmosphere, and overall experience have consistently been excellent, which is why I continue to choose it. However, this most recent stay was not as enjoyable. I was placed in a room that was connected to a neighboring room by a door, and unfortunately the soundproofing was very poor. I could clearly hear conversations from the other room both early in the morning and late at night, which made it quite difficult to sleep and relax. This was disappointing given my past experiences, and I do hope that in future visits I can be placed in a room with better sound insulation. I still value this hotel highly and hope this was just an isolated issue.

Rooms were clean, check in was good. Had a bad stay as a result of other guess up till 3am parting loudly in the room next to ours. Expressed our concerns to the front desk but nothing was resolved. I think this hotel is aging quickly and needs up grades. The walls are paper thin and you can hear even the softer noises at night. When people feel they can party all night it is quit overwhelming.

Overall…Soap dispenser was empty in shower; towels were a little harsh, toilet tissue was too thin. And we had a room 1504 with a closed adjoining door and sound from the adjacent room was easily transmitted. Not always pleasant language and intermittent screaming. Overall though, the hotel is still charming and we would go back.

Service was great. Rooms were spacious, clean and a very comfortable bed. Stayed in junior suite.

Stayed at Brookstreet Hotel for a business trip and it exceeded expectations. The rooms are very well equipped with everything you need, and the beds are extremely comfortable - made it easy to relax after long days. The conference facilities were excellent, and the event staff were truly outstanding - professional, attentive, and well organized throughout. Overall, a fantastic experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again for business or leisure.

The check-in process was painful, we waited 1.5 hours in line. There was only 1-2 people on the desk and it was so slow.

Ron was so nice! Such a nice hotel, very different than a usual chain! Definately coming back!

A very nice hotel I go to every year. Use it mostly when taking in a Senators game. I normally rate this hotel as a 5 star, but this time it sort of missed the mark. We booked a two night stay and the fridge only had two bottles of water in it. Before heading up to our room on Friday night, we went the vending machines for some munchies but they were mostly empty except for some pop. The only answer from the front desk was an "Oh well." The following morning we had the two coffee cups, but the room did not get serviced that day, so nothing available for the following morning. Other than that a great place.

There was over a hour wait to check in. The line reached across the lobby. Not all check in desks were staffed.
