Only issue I had is when I checked in there was no one at the desk, they didn’t respond to the bell so I had to call the hotel to check in. Which I had to do via phone. Otherwise it was great.

I guess I used too many squares of the one ply toilet paper and my toilet would not flush. When I called the front desk to tell them that they told it appear to be clogged he told me I was more than happy to come and pick up a plunger and plunge it myself. He wouldn’t even bring me the plunger he made me go out to the desk and get it. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a place where when there was a problem. It was the guest problem to solve it. Also, the Internet was terrible. It was an open Internet and it didn’t work at all. It said it was connected, but no webpage would open.

Quick stop on a longer trip and it was the perfect place to rest our heads and see some horses in the morning!

There was a smell in rooms . It was musty damp moldy smell.

The staff was amazing and upgraded me to a king suite with a hot tub however there were some ants I noticed on the desk. It was only a few so I wasn’t that bothered but other then that it was a good cheap hotel

My stay was the most wonderful experience I’ve ever had. The interaction with management (Dana) and All the staff there are amazing! Now I understand the meaning of (You never forget how a person can make you feel) a quote from (Maya Angelo) To God be the Glory for the staff, Dana, Laura and the young lady who clean my room. I am truly a satisfied customer!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was very clean and well kept easy to find and I completely enjoyed my stay next time I visit Pennsgrove. I will stay here.

The property’s location was kind of not so nice. Smelled drugs in the parking lot, people loitering around the lot late at night. Front desk employees were excellent. However, next room was playing loud music at 8 in the morning on Sunday. Bathroom appliances are not upto date. Shower was defective, no bodywash! Breakfast was not up the mark. Sunday was busy as expected and they ran out of food, when asked for more, the attendant said that they are closing in 10 minutes. Also while we were still eating our breakfast the light in the room and TV was turned off !!?? That was extremely rude.

The parking situation was a little off but overall very nice place
