Decent place for a short stay

We entered the room and it was a little dirty from the previous residents. There were chocolate and plastic remains and the reception employee was rude. He did not take into consideration our preparing our bags and putting them in the car. One of them said you can stay until we arrange your things and the other employee called and said why haven’t you left yet and we were five minutes late. His manner was bad. In addition, we forgot some things in the room and we went back to ask about them and we were sure and they said we didn’t find anything. What can we do for you? As for me, I will not return to the hotel again.

Nice place with great location

This was my first time in Cracow and I will definitely return to this wonderful city as well as to this great hotel. A special thank you goes to the staff at the front desk who gave me an upgrade to a junior suite after some problems with my first room. Isabella was extremely friendly and helpful as were all the others working at the Radisson!

Tout s'est bien passé.

Forferdelige senger på dette hotellet. Og det er veldig synd, for resten av hotellet er faktisk veldig bra. Men får man ikke sove grunnet steinharde senger, så blir det ikke det oppholdet man forventet likevel.
