This hotel is only 5 minutes away from St. Marco square, and all staffs are friendly and helpful. Overall, this is a great hotel. Ps. The fastest way Google map shown might lead you to a bus station that need to walk through bridges ( which is terrible when you carry a luggage!). Take bus 5.2 or 4.2 instead.

It is a great Hotel, location, quality, convenience, service, etc. Considering we were arranged to the rooms in advertising, the stay became more amazing than expected.

It is good and comfortable hotel and location is conveient. Hotel has very clear direction. However, it is 4 star hotel and i would expect better service from the hotel staff. When we go to breakfast every morning, the staff doesn't greeeting and smile at all. they just stand in the small kitchen and dont come out to check if customers need helps.

The breakfast place is too small and usually you have to wait until other pepple have finished. There is an extra charge for bacon and egg which made me very unconfortable.

This hotel was nice enough but the air conditioning could have been better and there was a power outage for a whole day (not their fault) which made the room temperature that night awful.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast room was small so hard to accommodate parties of more than 2 people.

All was good, but had to go to another site as main hotel was booked out. My biggest issue was not enough shelving especially in bathroom.

Terrible experience overall. When we arrived the receptionist was not helpful and did not inform us of the rooms location. We were sent to a building that was unattached to the main building. No one had disclosed this information to us as I had booked a room on the hotels property, to be sent at least a block away. The building was not in good conditions, creepy, lonely, and honestly scary. We didn’t feel safe throughout the night. We could hear people coming into the building throughout the whole night, our windows looked out onto a plaza where tours were standing right outside the window. There was a window in the bathroom that was directly in sight of construction happening in the building. When we mentioned all these things to the front desk they did not take accountability for the deceptive situation. They were entirely unhelpful and honestly quite rude. Breakfast was okay but the staff there were the only people who were kind.

The first room they put us was room 601 which is in the other building and it was musty smelling, dark and dingy. It was like sleeping in a basement. It was horrible. The manager did upgrade us to a better room which we really appreciated however we would not stay there again. Location was great and it was quiet.

Mangler litt på standard til å kalles reelt 4 stjerners hotell; aircondition virket ikke, en del støy nattestid, harde senger, begrenset service fra personale. Ble plassert i annekset.

The staff was incredibly friendly, and our accommodations were comfortable. The hotel was conveniently located just 15 minutes away from San Marco Square. The continental breakfast was complimentary and delicious. However, it’s worth noting that you can book your taxi (back to airport) with the hotel, but I highly recommend booking your own as soon as possible, as it’s significantly cheaper.

One of the more unique stays we've ever had. A converted great room, with views of churches and the canals. Staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Location was minutes from the plaza. Lots to see and do...restaurants and souvenir shops a plenty.

Já é a segunda vez que ficamos nesse hotel e adoramos novamente!
