I was sold a room that’s WAS NOT meant to be sold. I booked this through Expedia website. We had no AC AT ALL. Luckily the lovely woman (Julie) was able to switch our room the following day, but at a major inconvenience for my wife and I. My disappointment lies with Expedia for the fact that I was informed by the front desk that the room originally booked, was not supposed to be sold at all. For context, it was 84-90 degrees and unable to switch until the following day. Julie was wonderful in making sure we were given a proper room. I commend her professionalism through it all.
