我定的是2个床的房间，到达酒店时被告知只有双人床的房间了。而且酒店的女前台好象叫Melisha什么的态度很恶劣，不仅没有道歉，而且一副你爱住不住的样子。我们当时想算了，将就下吧，就住了。进入房间后发觉房间里还放了一张简易的单人折叠床，我们就要求酒店把床拿走，因为我们用不到。结果前台和我们说有双人床了，可以给我们换房间。结果换了一间非常非常小的房间。好象是单人间改成的双人间。当时已经很晚了，我们也懒得再理论了，就住下了。总之酒店的前台服务态度非常的差。

The hotel was okay, and the staff was friendly, but the pests (mosquitoes and other insects) made the stay uncomfortable.

Workers would tell us to go outside because they are cleaning. The breakfast area is poor limited food,coffee machine and limited drinks. Taxi is extremely expensive. This hotel has a shuttle bus to the mall and to Rome Italy at a price. Not walkable

The Service from the staff were exceptionally good. Made me feel really comfortable

The staff were amazing and the facilities were great. We had an upgrade to the presidential suite, which was really nice of them. The restaurant options were not great, but the food was tasty.

The restaurant here is awful! The staff were nice but very unorganized and didnt have good communication between them. The internet was also down the whole time we were there. I was expecting a nice last night in rome but it wasnt a great experience.

the property was very clean. the room was exceptional. The bed was very comfortable. the food on-site restaurant was very good and a good selection of choices.

Our stay was more then we expected. The Hotel was perfect. Great food, wonderful pool to relax, and the cleaniness was in surpassed from other areas we stayed while visiting Italy.

Helt okej hotell om man vill vara en bit utanför Rom. Lite synd att bussen tillbaka till hotellet går så tidigt, taxi var nästintill omöjligt att boka och när vi väl fick en kostade det närmare 900 kr att åka tillbaka. Skicket på rummen är ganska dåligt, väldigt slitet som påminner om amerikanska hotellrum år 1995. Akustiken i restaurangen var väldigt jobbig, det blev otroligt högljutt vid bara några få människor. Poolen var stängd i mitten på maj trots varmt väder. Dock trevlig personal och bra frukost.

Wonderful pool! Lovely outdoor dining area. Nice rooms. Close to mall. Will come back!
