A lovely stay.

Very nice place well looked after the room was very nice and the bed was lovely and comfortable.

Amazing stay ,beautiful hotel very friendly, breakfast excellent and room very comfortable, great shower for myself and also grandson loves a bath, use of thd pool was great added bonus as we love swimming, only criticism was the set 4 course evening meal , i was on my own with grandson age 5 and we just wanted a snack ( maybe bowl of chips ) but was told they didn't do that so we had to go out and when we came back i asked for a hot chocolate from the free machine but was told it was only for after meal drinks, wouldn't stop us going again though

The property is very dated and could do with a complete refurbishment

Really lovely hotel, spotlessly clean, very friendly staff, even carried our bags to our room for us.

The friendliness of all the staff, they make you feel so happy and they are happy to help.

Lovely hotel we've stayed a few times now it's always a pleasant stay.

Grand nostalgic hotel, luxurious bedrooms, lounges, dining facilities. Staff ever friendly and helpful. Slightly awkward to use the pool if disabled, leaves you no proper shower/changing facilities if cannot walk up spiral staircase, other than this fantastic convenient location for the tram, promenade/pier and nearby shops.

I booked a No.72 room because it is larger than a standard. They allocated me a standard room

Bel hôtel familial bien tenu, il faut laisser sa clé de voiture à l'accueil pour la gestion du parking, la piscine intérieure est un plus incontestable avec sauna hammam et salle de sport, chambre confortable et fonctionnelle avec un frigo. Point d'amélioration possible : du fromage au petit déjeuner et une balance à disposition pour peser sa valise avant le départ. Très bien placé à Llandudno pour assister au Festival Extravaganza Victorian.

Very welcoming, friendly reception staff. The hotel is spotless. Good breakfast choice. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely hotel friendly staff and comfortable room although a little small bed was a queen size but very comfortable Friendly cleaner greeted us every morning on the second floor Nice ambiance in the evening witha nice touch of a piano playing lovely environment to relax and have a drink Convenient location including parking

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Went away for a few days away as an early valentine's getaway. Despite the colder temperature, we both had a great time. The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and the location to the beach was minutes away. The facilities in the hotel were a bonus. I loved the use of the pool at the end of the day
