Great staff and all the amenities. The room smelled like cigarettes. Door scanner and lock wouldn’t lock figured it out after spending first night. Staff were very quick to fix it. Lots of parking and pool was well maintained and slide was very fun. With the amount people in the pool would be nice to have a limit or a bigger pool, slid could get very dangerous.

In-house Montana restaurant. Large car extended stay park located at the Coast. Good gym. We’ll return.

One night solo stay but the hotel made it a great experience. Shuttle from the airport was excellent. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable, no issues. On site restaurant & pub provided good food at reasonable prices. Didn’t use the pool but the indoor tube slide looked fun. Breakfast was included and met the mark. Would definitely stay here again.

breakfast is always the same, needs to be cooked differently at least on a daily. Should put smart screens in the rooms too.

Floors in the bathrooms and in the Montana’s were very sticky. The doors let in a lot of noise, with a door on each end of the room it made it quite loud with yelling/running in the hallway and the noise of the pool at the other door.

The waterslide was a huge hit with the kids. So much that it it seemed overcrowded at times. I wish the hot tub was exclusive to adults. The staff was fantastic with dealing with issues. My door wasn't locking when we first checked in and maintenance had it fixed within 20 minutes. I complained about the extremely weak shower and they replaced the shower head. We would definitely go back to this hotel.

The front staff, especially Sana, were so accommodating, from room changes, half an hour late check out, but all done with a smile on her face. Coast hotels should be proud of the customer service she provided. The restaurant staff, at Montana's were very good as well. I wish the hotel would close the pool at 9pm rather than 10pm. The noise level was way to high for sleeping, by the time the kids wind-down and stop running the hall ways after swimming it's getting really late. We as a group of 10, would definitely stay there again, although further away from the pool.

We enjoyed the availability of the pool, but not the noise from it. Sound traveled through our doors, so we could hear conversations and loud children clearly. It got quiet around 9:45pm. The breakfast was decent, and the staff were all very friendly. The long-term parking area was quite muddy at this time of the year. Plan for a wait if you use the shuttle service when returning from the airport, as the shuttles do not have a continuous route like other parking shuttles. Overall, would recommend for those with children and only if you are flying later in the morning/early afternoon the following day.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and plan to stay here again! The pool is really fun and seems very well taken care of and clean. The rooms were comfortable, the beds are really comfortable. We found it very quiet, we couldn't hear anyone walking above us or any noise from rooms next door. The Montanas in the building is a great feature! Breakfast was very good and convenient. The room felt clean with a few minor things that could use more attention to detail. The bathrooms are nice, only the shower had very low water pressure. We will be back!
