room is clean. kitchen is ok. Elevator is a little bit slow. There is WiFi but there is no instruction to access fix line Ethernet port to access stable and higher bandwidth (e.g. more than 15Mbps or higher).

整體環境很不錯,早餐樣式有點少但還算好吃, 如果能增加一些樣式會更好 房間非常的大且舒適 客房服務表現很棒 櫃台親切程度也很好 附近有24HR 麥當勞 (除此之外就沒什麼設施了 But ...美國應該都是這樣)

When I arrived the hotel on July 10, 2018, the service personnel at the counter told me that my hotel room has been changed to “another” hotel because of the air conditioner problem. At that time, I thought that the hotel should not change my room to another hotel without my consent, so I expressed my strong objection to the service personnel. One of the service personnel, Jackie, said apologies first to me and tried to resolve the accommodation problem for me. However, the so-called manager, James did not said any apologies to me, and rudely told me that they can not provide me with the room I booked. I would like to told James that given that you want to change my booked room to anther hotel that has not the same type of room I booked (two bedroom suite) without my agreement, why can’t I express my objection and ask you fulfill the contract requirement. What I want to say is that “What you do not wish for yourself, do not impose on others.” When a hotel can not provide the room a customer books, it means that the hotel has a service failure. Given the circumstance of service failure, the service personnel should say apologies first, and then try to recover the service failure and/or think about how to compensate the customer. However, the so-called manager, James did not do that, but the service personnel, Jackie did very well.

Air conditioning system.is too liuf and noisy. I strongly and highly suggeat you to change them to Korean brand like Samsung or LG. MORE EFFICIENT AND CONVENIENT. REQUEST TO CHANGE SHOWER HEAD TO SOMETHING DIFFERENT.. WATER IS NOT STRONG OR CLEAN WRLL. Request to prepare a shower hose

We stayed in a king room with a pull out couch. We had our 3 yo niece. It worked out perfectly. We played basketball on the sport court. Unfortunately it was raining the day we could swim. The breakfast buffet was good and had good options. I would recommend

We brought our 15 year old and his friend for a long weekend. They were so excited there was a basketball hoop and spent most of their time at the hotel shooting. The hotel had basketballs they could borrow. The 2 bedroom room set up was so convenient for us. The boys said it was their favorite hotel they’ve stayed at. We had no issue at all which is rare when traveling. The staff were so nice and helpful. It was probably the easiest trip we’ve taken! We will come back to this hotel next time we go to Dallas!

Dog friendly was why we booked, the amazing facility is why we will book again.

All staff was super friendly and welcoming! The room was very clean and quiet. The breakfast was amazing. No complaints about this place! I will be back anytime I’m in the area

This hotel is by far one the best i have stayed at. Safe,clean and updated. You can tell whoever owns this property cares deeply about the property. Very well worth the stay. Thank You!!!

No slipper period. Apart from that,no toothpaste and toothbrush provide on the go and u need to ask for it and the front desk give u altitude telling u to coming down to pick it up. For this kind of charge, I will go to holiday inn next time
