位置绝佳，停车场就在旁边，可以步行到老魁北克；酒店服务人员很热情，让你一整天都心情舒畅；房间不是很大，空调比较吵。总之，我和太太很满意，下次还会选择这里留宿。

Expedia stated breakfast included and we two senior ladies were counting on this. We were told it was not so we spent an extra 100 on breakfast out. Second day they just pulled covers up on the bed, didn’t vacuum if leave water. Staff was not empathetic or really cared about our situation.

We had a great time at the Marriott in Quebec. Special mention to the staff, particularly in the kitchen and at the reception.

We appreciated that our room was placed with other adult couples and that those with young kids were on another floor. That's a very fair thing to do for both parties. The room was clean and nice, had a view of old town Quebec. The King bed was extremely comfortable, you can't feel the other person move!! Food looked nice in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner, we ate out but would have for sure tried the hotel's food otherwise. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Also didn't get the chance to try it but loved that there was a gym downstairs. Only feedback -- our fridge was off when we first arrived, we switched it on, was cool by next morning for our food bought to take home (car trip). Give housekeeping a heads-up to check the room fridges between check-ins. Would recommend this Marriott to anyone visiting Quebec City, great location and value for the cost. Always feel confident in the quality of a Marriott.

Don't use this Hotel. I booked it via Expedite. For 2 rooms. 1 night. Expedite charged me $ 1223.30. Marriot charged me $544.66 + $514.48+ $8.05= $ 2290.49 for 2 room with double queen beds. This is after the fact. The daram i had to face before my checking was also something else. It took 1.2 hour and 7 trip down to Receptionist to get a working key amd room. Worst experience of my life.

Old hotel with very small elevator. The bathroom is tiny and the shower pipe is leaking. The good news is it’s very close to the old town walking distance to the plenty of restaurants.

It's a hotel in an old building but the staff keep it in a great shape. Also the staff is so nice, helpful and kind. The location is spot on, between the old town and some great eateries on Rue Saint-Jean

Good hotel for business trips. Room was in excellent conditions. Good restaurant and great location

The major issue we had was actually just the room we were in. It was next to an alleyway that looked directly into the room at ground level. This required blackout blinds so we had no natural light in the room. The room location also meant there was lots of noise from the main floor that could be heard in the hallway.

Couldn’t keep the room warm! Even if the thermostat was showing 23 the room was super cold! The pillows are very uncomfortable, I kept asking for down pillows, and they kept bringing polyester pillow! On the positive side, they have great staff and always there to help
