We had a short stay, checking in past midnight, but the staff were amazing and accommodating. Fantastic place, would definitely stay again!

We loved it here, the clean roomy suite so close to the ocean with the warm bathroom floor. It was awesome. We loved to walk to the pier. The parking is very squishy though. We will be back

Gute Lage an der Promenade inWhite Rock, unser Zimmer war ruhig, da das Zimmer nach hinten gelegen war. Das Hotel wird derzeit renoviert. Einige Bereich sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Dennoch gutes Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis. Negativ ist, dass es nur kostenpflichtige Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage des Hotels für 15 $ pro Tag gibt. In der gesamten Umgebung konnten wir keine kostfreien Parkplätze finden.

It was amazing! White Rock is a beautiful quaint little town. The stay was amazing, cozy, comfortable and minutes from the ocean! Just don’t count on the sofa bed for an extra place to sleep unless it’s for kids where anything goes when they drop! Not comfy for an adult! But in general amazing stay!

Hotel room and staffs were great. However, outside of my room window was other room's balcony. I couldn't open the window blinds because the nextroom guests were seating in front of my room window and drinking beers.

Nice size.Comfortable bed. Chairs to relax by by the patio and fireplace. Kitchen included a dishwasher and good size fridge.

It's been refurbished. By ocean..staff friendly and helpful. Little Cafe attached is excelkwnt

Great location right across from the ocean, excellent room with a decent kitchen with a king studio. The beds were very comfortable. Ear plugs for the train worked well.

Absolutely love this hotel, we stayed twice going to and coming back from Vancouver island as it’s a short drive to tsawwassen ferry terminal. Wish we made an actual stay for white rock, super comfy beds, all the rooms are well laid out and feel so nice. So impressed. I was nervous about parking but we happily it was easy to get parking and typical pricing of $22 per night. Handy cafe in the hotel too

I want to thank the amazing front desk staff that greeted me upon arrival! Both the gentleman & lady were very kind and made the process smooth. They were very warm & welcoming! The room was very clean with tons of free tv channels to watch before bed (watched a few good movies), window opened letting in a nice ocean breeze, and very comfortable beds & chairs. Nice and quiet although there’s a train that drives by every few hours (I just closed the window and turned on the A/C - barely could hear it. Very secure rooms - I felt safe sleeping. Great powerful shower heads - almost felt like a massage. I didn’t try anything from their menu or other facilities but I will when I come back in a few months! Based off everything else, I can only assume it would be great too. Thank you so much for a very restful stay before a long trip back to Kelowna ♥️♥️♥️

Didn't really have a view of the ocean from our room....also the TV didn't tilt making it difficult to see from the one side of the bed...I liked the space...the garage height was only 6'6" making it to low to park our car in...thank heavens the public parking across the street was $8 from 10 pm to 7 am...which worked out fine and much cheaper than the $25 they were going to charge ....but i really liked the space, just sad we couldn't see the water
