酒店很漂亮，占据了绝佳的位置。缺点是房间里一瓶水也没有。晚餐好一天，差一天。早餐的食品除面包外，大多品质都不够高。我还吃了变质的玉米粒，全吐了出来。整体服务还不错。

The hotel is amazing. Food are tasty. Staffs are very friendly. Room is clean. I enjoy so much of my stay.

What a wonderful hotel and the all inclusive was excellent. We enjoyed having lunch at Breeze overlooking the ocean - you could even have steak! Breakfast and dinner buffets were brilliant as well. The all inclusive included all drinks and the cocktails were freshly made. The wine was from a bottle and not on tap and very good quality. I recommend the pina coladas and Aperol Spritz! The pool area was well maintained - we could always find a sunbed. We hired a car which was quicker and cheaper than a transfer from the airport and have us the opportunity to drive up Mt Teide and to the Masca Gorge - both of which were stunning views and the landscape is beautiful. All in all a wonderful relaxing week away! Thank you Barcelo Santiago!

Schönes Hotel mit toller Aussicht. Gutes Zimmer (527), fleißige Putzkräfte, großes Buffet. Minus-Punkte: Service-Kräfte an der Bar, rauchende/kiffende Balkon-Nachbarn, Umgebung (Puerto de Santiago ist kein schöner Ort).

Solarium ampio e con bella vista su mare e scogliere. Animazione non invadente, piscine comode e sufficientemente spaziose. Possibilità di programmare attività anche last-minute. Perfetto per qualche giorno di relax.

Had an amazing stay at Barcelo Santiago - the rooms were really clean and spacious, the sea views were incredible and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The buffet and pool bar food options were great - as a vegan they had lots of vegan and veggie options alongside the regular meals, and the all inclusive option was good value for money. The surrounding area is quite quiet around the hotel so good for those not wanting the Tenerife ‘party’ holiday. Would definitely recommend and go back!

A thoroughly relaxing stay. Very professional and friendly staff, clean and modern facilities, good dining options. The spa staff really knew what they were doing and made it a wonderful experience. However, by far the best thing about the hotel is the view which is absolutely stunning across the sea, cliffs and harbour, visible from my balcony, the restaurant, bar and pool. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great time at Barcelo. The views are unbeatable with the Los Gigantes in the background.

Für eine klassische Bettenburg war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig. Der Ausblick überwältigend. Die Poollandschaft ist sehr schön. Service war gut. Alle waren zu jeder Zeit sehr bemüht. Halbpension war den Aufpreis durchaus wert. Überhaupt gab es an der Preisgestaltung nichts zu beanstanden. Auch der Tiefgargenplatz für 18€/Tag in Ordnung. Insgesamt eine positive Erfahrung.

We came here for our honeymoon & it was an exceptional experience. So much so that we’re already planning our return trip with this very resort & looking into their other global locations. A magnificent property with magnificent staff & ambience to match!

Loved my stay. I was very sad to leave when my holiday came to an end. And that little bit extra to pay for an ocean view was most definitely worth it.

Super Hotel!!! 😍 Tolles geräumiges Zimmer mit sehr großem Kleiderschrank und mega bequemen Bett. Großer Balkon mit Meerblick.😍 Hatten All-Inklusive und das Essen war immer perfekt. Riesige Buffet-Auswahl (sogar für Veggetarier). Leckere Cocktails 😊😍. Das Personal war immer sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Tolle Pool-Landschaft und perfekte Lage. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Lage und die Aussicht sind wirklich super. Das Hotel ist auch sehr schön und bietet alles was man braucht, zudem ruhig, da Adults-online. Sehr zu empfehlen.
