This property is good considering its not overly priced yet, however the prices are going up and the quality of the facility is starting to go down as it ages. My biggest complaint is they ran out of breakfast bagels on a Monday and the butter/cream cheese is a tub thats left out on the counter all morning with everyone sharing the same knife, so thats extremely unsanitary. Also only one waffle maker so you wait in line if you want one. The added breakfast seating outside in the larking lot is lovely but still gets overcrowded and we end up eating in our rooms. The staff here is always very friendly and helpful, but the breakfast girl needs more help you can tell she was overwhelmed.

Great clean friendly hotel. Excellent location for me during my stay. Only wished they had a pool😊 Breakfast was very good got abit crowded some mornings but the weather was nice so some ventured outside to the tent with seating. Was easily able to add another night. Staff was amazing. Forgot my passport in the safe and they had it at the front after cleaning found it.

I called to ask how early we could check-in to our room, since we had a situation and were left without a room the night before. I was told 2 o’clock and when we arrived, I was hit with a $25 upgrade fee to check in early. I wouldn’t have come at that time if they told me it was an additional fee. I felt it was unsympathetic and a money grab.

Saubere gepflegte Zimmer, für zwei Nächte Städtereise top! Frühstück Service sehr gut, gute Auswahl für Kanada und würde alles schnell wieder befüllt. WLAN unproblematisch.

The room was very clean and staff was friendly. Requested a lower floor room for my parents and this was accommodated. Breakfast was good.

Not a lot of choice for breakfast. Not a lot o fruits Orange juice tasted funny (very sour like it was not fresh at all) Not a lot of room to sit and eat Lots of noise with the trafic on the main road

Es un gran hotel para hospedarte si vas al aeropuerto (está a 10 minutos) o si tienes algo por la zona, al rededor hay plazas y lugares para comer lo cual es conveniente, lo único que no me gustó es que te cobran para darte la habitación antes y que el centro de Toronto es lejos (sobre todo si hay tráfico), pero sus servicios de cafetería son muy buenos y su desayuno es rico.

After paying to upgrade our room to the King Jacuzzi Suite, staff called late in the evening after we were moved in and settled for a three night stay, claiming an error and requiring additional payment. We worked it out, with us paying much more than originally presented. The room itself was very nice with everything we expected. Seating in the breakfast space was limited, though there was outdoor space also available.

The hotel was very clean, staff was kind & helpful ! I like the modern- ish rooms and lobby. My only disappointment was the TV options.. there was no options, Basic cable ! Perhaps offer Netflix, movies to purchase. But overall nice stay.

For a 2 star rated hotel I wasn’t expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. Felt like a higher grade. Very clean, rooms have been modernized and were spacious. Bed was comfortable, and had a fridge and safe. Parking included with lots of space and continental breakfast too. The only thing that I didn’t that was unfortunate is that we arrived an hour early than expected after a 6 hour ride, so an hour early for check-in. They wanted a $25 surcharge for early access to the room, but I didn’t want to pay that so we had to wait the hour before checking in. That said, that’s my decision and it is their policy so I am not complaining. Just comparing my experience to another hotel which had waived the early check-in fee because they already had rooms available. They were pretty strict on their policy and weren’t willing to check to accommodate so just make sure you don’t arrive earlier than 3pm if you don’t want to pay the extra $25. Like I said, I can’t fault them for enforcing their policy. Overall, the rest was a perfect experience. I would definitely stay there again next time I am in the area.

I was report about late check in , but when we came - door is closed,nobody on the front! We had to wait for a while. Not a good experience

The front desk staff are super friendly and efficient. The housekeeping staff are super accommodating and extremely professional. The breakfast is outstanding as well. My only complaint is that they are not pet friendly. Other than that, 12/10 👏
