We got the twin-bed room, room size was OK, bed comfortable, all good. Another great things include the indoor pool, male & female saunas, and indoor pool with heated water. There was also an outdoor pool, but we didn't try it. Breakfast area is spacious and omelette was great, but those were the only good things about breakfast. Tables were mostly dirty, staff took a long time cleaning those, napkins were hard to find, coffee taste was plain, other breakfast food was just average or slightly below. There was one amazing staff at the receptionist who helped us get our two rooms checked in quite early, but everyone else didn't seem to understand what a customer service should be. There were usually 2-3 staff members standing near the entrance, but none of them ever tried to help open the door for guests, regardless of whether guests were coming in and out with luggage.
