The toom lighting could have been better. Overall it was a good clean room for our needs.

Parking - since when do you make people staying at your facility pay for parking and the post that you are not responsible for any damage or theft of your car. I understand that people use your parking lot to park their car when they are traveling via air but you chose to punish your patrons by charging them to park. Totally wrong. If you are concerned about stopping the airport travelers from parking in your lot then give your patrons a ticket to place in the window of their vehicle and make an agreement with a local towing company to police your lot and tow any vehicle that does not have a ticket in their window. Charging your patrons is immoral and wrong.

clean room, great shower, not sure about the hilton points. i expected to get credit with hilton for staying in their hotel but I was told because I booked with Expedia I don't get that. ...didn't like that.

It was an absolute horrible stay this is a three-star hotel it's not even a two-star hotel do yourself a favor save me $240 go elsewhere go to the Marriott do something better go to courtyard for that matter. I mean you can't even watch television cuz this goes out then don't have dish. Total garbage needs to be refurbished from the inside out

Front desk very nice

This is a go to hotel when staying in the area. So convenient to shopping, restaurants and of course the airport. Rooms are large and clean.

We didn’t realize this was a pet hotel when booking and our room smelled like straight wet dog

The room was very clean..I didn't interact with anyone except the person that checked me into the hotel. Was watching television in I the bar and made us wait a few minutes, but I don't expect any type of customer service anymore. Also we were there for four days and every time we left or came back in and walked past anyone that was at the desk, no one ever said hello. Just their heads down on their phones. But for a little over $200.00 a night plus $10.00 for parking they are like the rest of them

I loved everything about this Hilton garden inn. Staff is very nice & accomodating. Also when I had a medical issue they took care of me. Any time I come back to Long Island I will definitely come here.

Loved everything except for the fact that as a guest of the hotel we still need to pay for parking. I feel this should be included.

The elevator felt extremely unsafe. The pesticides sprayed on the grass without posted signs of designated pet areas made pet owners feel wary. The pillows were extremely low quality as well as the bedding. The unexpected fees such as parking and breakfast were predatory and misleading. Horrible experience for a Hilton for the price we had to pay.

Room was very clean. Breakfast was very good,I had buffet each day. Customer service was excellent very pleasant stay.

everything/everyone was wonderful except we were on a non smoking floor which stunk like old smoke...otherwise our stay was great

Beds very comfortable. Could have used extra blankets and pilloes.

I don’t understand the parking fee with a room cost as high as what you charge

We had a short, but comfortable stay. The room was clean and fairly up-to-date. I forgot to mention the crack in the bathroom floor right in front of the sink. There was a sharp edge there, but no harm was done. If I hadn't had the large discount I used through Expedia, I doubt we would have stayed here due to the high cost.

Our stay was overall good. I had an issue with the smell of the bleach in the linens.

Far cry from the Clarion down the street

First we got a room with a broken AC and upon checking the sheets i noticed what appears to have been a generous portion of bodily fluids were awaiting under my pillow. The front desk moved us to a skmilar room with a beautifuk view of the roof and next annex. They charged 10$ randomly to the card on file and when we called the front desk to inquire the nastiest lady answered with "we charge for parking" and promotly hung up. This is what the hilton has become? Another hot sheets? For 250 a night youre going to charge 10$ for a car park fee Joke of a hotel Lets not mention the predatory water bottles with nowhere to get water because the tap isnt drinkable

I will definitely return to this hotel. I am very happy with the room and quality of service.
