The room was dirty, toilet bathtub is not cleaned properly and the “hotel” itself is not secure.

Kamar sesuai dengan foto, kamar besar, nyaman, dan bersih, lokasinya luar biasa strategis. Mencari makanan halal juga sangat mudah. Yang terdekat dari somerset ada mamak restoran dan nelayan restoran. Berjalan kaki atau naik tram atau uber ke tempat-tempat wisata juga sangat gampang. The location of the apartment is in CBD, very centrally located to the malls, street malls, restaurants and public transportation - all within short walking distance. Free Trams are a few blocks away. The apartment itself is not that new as interior and furniture are quite outdated, but it is quite homey. If you want to cook a small meal, a small kitchen is available to be used with all tools and utensils, included dishwasher. Washing machine/dryer is in the premise as well included detergent, so you can wash your laundry with no worry. We stayed 10 nights in Sommerset and had received an excellent services from the staff as they were very attentive to all requests made upon. Overall is a-five star apartment that we called home for 10 nights.

Somerset @Elizabeth St is perfect either for family, couple, or even single travelers. Location is very strategic, near many attractions and right at the CBD. Staff are very friendly, especially the Thai and Indian Womans. Room big, clean, and complete to cook or wash your clothes. Free tram just infront of the hotel. Overall, it's perfect for your holiday. Tips from me, ask for room facing the Elizabeth st to get city view/Elizabeth St.

Somerset always be on my top list accommodation when I was in Melbourne. Location is very strategic, at the Elizabeth St, and it's only around 15 minutes walk to Flinders St Station (or around 5 minutes by free tram). They do not provide breakfast, but hey it's Melbourne, you can have breakfast at many cafes around the alleys at the CBD. Staff at the recepsionist very nice, even the mechanic man and cleaning staff also very nice and helpfull. The furniture may look a little bit outdated, but it's clean and still in good condition. You can cook since they provide kitchen utensils. You can also wash clothes since they provide washing machine with dryer. Choose this hotel, you won't regret!

My Family and I decided to get their 2 room suite apartment. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the amenities. The rooms are spacious and they had enough utensils for us to use when we decided to buy some fresh food from the market and eat in. The Location was also ideal. It was just a few stops from Queen Victoria Market, walking distance from shops and anything you might need. We definitely had or money's worth in staying here.

recommended hotel in Melb! Somerset Hotel always in top list accommodation while in Melb. Staff are very friendly, especially the Indian and Thai women. Room size is big, you can even cook since they provide kitchen utensils etc. Location is superb, right in the downtown and tram stops. Walking distance to Flinders street Station, Bourke St Mall and Chinatown.

Lokasi sangat sangat bagus, pelayanan disana juga perfect. Di unit kami ada lengkap, dari dapur, mesin cuci dan ruang tamu. Next time kalau saya ke Melbourne lagi saya akan menginap disana!

Kami datang sekeluarga sangat puas menginap di apartemen ini. Kami ambil apartemen 2 bedroom deuxe sangat besar ruangannya dan tiap hari ada pelayannya yang bersihkan, lokasi sangat bagus, Hanya 5 menit jalan kaki ke mal-mal, dekat ke chinatown, dekat ke station flinder, depan apartemen ada tram gratis. Semuanya fantastis? jika ke melbourne, Saya pasti akan menginap di sini lagi.

We had a very pleasant stay during the Christmas holidays. The staff was genuinely warm,friendly and gave us a lot of helpful information. The location is fantastic,5 mins walk to most major malls and plenty of food outlets on the same street. The 1 bedroom studio provided plenty of room for a family of 3,and though the furnishings was slightly dated but amenities were very clean. Good value for the price.
