Hotel was perfect location! Walking distance to everything and BEAUTIFUL. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The pool was amazing. Stay here while visiting Siracusa!

There is a club outside the hotel, it’s extremely noisy. There was also drilling from the morning. Rooms are very small. €50 per night for car parking off site- takes half an hour to get the car. The convergence recommendation for beach was awful!

Everything was amazing. So kind and helpful staff during the whole stay. The rooms were stunning and the view fantastic. Had dinner at the rooftop restaurant Clou, which can be highly recommend. Will definitely revisit this beautiful place

Ortigia is een prachtig schiereilandje met een oase aan barokke architectuur. Adembenemend. Het hotel is perfect gelegen, ongelooflijk mooi en de service onberispelijk en hartelijk. Niets is te veel en iedereen is warm hartelijk. Met een extra voor parel Eva die ons ontbijt verzorgde. Prachtige kamers, superschoon. Wat een ontdekking! <3

Amazing first leg of our honeymoon in a beautiful hotel right in the centre of the action in Ortigia. The staff were very friendly and attentive and the breakfast selection was broad and beautifully made.

It was our second time visiting. A fantastic building, great view, roof-top swimming pool... Exceptional staff, perfectly balancing formality of a high-end hotel service and relaxed vacation atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to help us locate and retrieve our lost luggage on the way from the airport. They showed they truly cared.

The staff and particularly the pool staff were excellent. I booked a suite with a sea view. The suite was nice and view beautiful, but as a warning for my fellow travelers....I would never book this again. There are several nightclubs across the street (along the water) and they blast booming/thumping music till 1:30-2:30 AM. I was there Friday through Monday and it was every night, even Monday. If you like to party, great but if you want quiet at nighttime, try for another room. My friend didn't have a suite and she said she could still hear it. A shame, hotel was great otherwise.

Hotel was perfect except for our room which was small but comfortable. The size of the bathroom was unacceptable.

It needs to be made clear that parking is not easy; you either put the car into a parking lot and walk back to the hotel or the hotel takes care of it for 50 euros a day. Second-the bathtub wall is very high and getting in for a shower or bath will be difficult for some. The breakfast is excellent; the staff very nice and beautiful room and if you have difficulty -that is a problem

This was a lovely hotel. Our room had a great view. The breakfast buffet was extensive and full of varied and delicious options. The staff was very friendly and professional. This is a full service hotel with a pool and spa facilities.

This hotel as well as the entire Ortiga area was an absolute delight! It was a our first visit to Sicily and we were in love the minute our driver dropped ud off!
