It was a getaway weekend with my wife, we spent the day by the pool and really enjoyed ourselves. The atmosphere was great, the drinks were good and the staff and other guests we chatted with were all nice and courteous. The room was nice and big, with a great bathroom and nice shower. The room size itself was impressive for two people and we had plenty of room. Overall, we're definitely going to return and planning on bringing our kids so they can enjoy the lazy river/pool area next time. We also ate at the cafe and Smashburger while we were there and have no complaints about the food selection.

The hotel isn't what it used to be. They nickel and dime you for everything. Costs or the room, food, floats etc are not worth it. There was only one bartender on duty at the outside pool , like was about 10-15 mins to get a drink all day on a Saturday. Water in lazy river was too cold. DJ could have been a lot better. We didn't even briber gambling as we didn't want to give this hotel any more money. Went to bed early and left as soon as we woke up

Great hotel to stay at when having fun in the casino.

Everything was great except for the very slow check-in procedure. They had enough staff, but VIP guests were taken first, even if other guests had been waiting. Every guest should be treated as a VIP on a first-come come first-served basis. The hotel is nice, friendly staff, lots of choices for food, charge for Wi-Fi?

Hotel shower backed up with black gunk when tub was draining, smelled of smoke throughout Casino but suppose that is to be expected at a Casino

Their ventilation system needs some improvement. The smoke throughout the casino was bad this past weekend.

The room was nice, althought it wasn't cleaned very well. There was hair on the bathroom floor and on the toilet. The vents were a little dusty, but luckily we carry disinfectant wipes with us. The service was fine, check in was quick. Lazy river was great. Everything on site is incredibly expensive. ($10.85 for a bag of gummy bears & $5 for a small pack of oreos from the vending machine) Would we go back? Maybe, but would defenitely mention cleanliness before check in.

The check in was fast as I used your quick in machine but still needed to go back and stand in line for the pool tickets so all in all it was not Convenient at all.

We were here to celebrate our 34th anniversary. When checking in we mentioned that and to our surprise when we got to our room we were given an amazing upgraded room! I wish i would have gotten her name as she went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of!

Not as teen friendly as expected, teens cannot walk in hotel by themselves to gift shop, eat at cafe or Starbucks. The description should show this upfront. It’s too bad they don’t offer a movie theater or a teen club onsite

Easy parking, pools, casino and dining. Fast efficient and friendly.

No bathtub like the picture promotes for a room that costs over 200 dollars, quite disappointing. Shower head has a low flow mist like spray, water temp indicators are backwards. No microwave, no pen and paper, no tea or coffee maker. Desk chair stuck at lowest setting making it unusable to sit at desk. At least it was quiet.

I enjoyed the outdoor patio, especially since it's the only place to smoke my cigars!

Great staff, tired property. The Harrah’s team were wonderful — thoughtful, kind, and even upgraded our room. Sadly, the property itself felt dated, the lazy river was underwhelming, and the casino was average. Excellent service, but the resort just wasn’t for me.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Great weekend getaway.
