No air con in the room

The location is good to travel between Brussels, Ghent, also free parking outside

Staff very helpful, parking available and we were able to park a large mini bus at the rear of the property, we were late arriving at 19:45 and we were able to eat in the hotel as we wanted something to eat close to the hotel. Room had air con. World Cup match was available to watch too - bonus

At first we had quite a disappointing room; it was dirty, with hair in the bed, gum on the wall, a dirty bathroom, cleaning products left on the counter, and dirty glasses. But we went down to state our concerns and they gave us a better and clean room and made up for it tenfold! Friendly staff; the only thing missing was coffee and tea in the room but you can buy some in the lobby, which is open 24 hours.

Friendly staff and comfy bed, but the room is a bit dark, overall is good. Also excellent location, if you drive a EV car, a supercharger in front of the hotel.

Me dieron la habitación de emergencia que era muy pequeña y rectangular. Incomoda para trabajar, con mesa muy pequeña. El bar solo preparaba cosas muy básicas como pizza. Les pedí si podían retirarle Unai ingredientes y no hubo flexibilidad. No volveré.

Prima ontbijt, parkeergelegenheid heel onduidelijk of je welkom niet moet betalen, maar in de wijk wel plaats

Very kind personel. Room had some wear. But for one night it was fine.
