nice hotel

My bedroom at the Fredericton Inn was great. It has been remodeled.

Super clean and plesant staff

Excellent stay! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was old and the AC in our room did not work properly. There were some stains on our towels and the bathroom door stuck. The stairs were stripped down and it wasn’t clear on how to get to our room.

Shower wasn't draining out and a lot of hair coming out from it. The hole shower was all rusted with signs of lacknof maintenance over the years. Staff did come to fix the issue but still...

Had to make up our own room upon check in after asking 3 times to have our room cleaned and bed made. Ended up having to do it ourselves. Definitely won’t be back for the money you pay the least they can do is have a clean room

The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would stay there again.

We have stayed here before but only in the drive up rooms but this time we were on the third floor. It looked like they may be doing renovations on the third floor so there was just a lot of empty rooms with doors open and the floor torn up

The property is under renovations/bandaids The pool was murky and linens smelled musty. Room felt damp and musty.

I had a drive up queen bed room very clean and extremely comfortable. Access to main hallway as well. Pool and hot tub clean and relaxing. Restaurant had the best seafood chowder. Great breakfast! I will certainly stay here again.

I was given the wrong directions to my room so I was walking a terrible distance which wasn't ideal with my physical disability. I had requested a fridge and microwave prior to my stay, so I purchased food to make in my room to save money. There was no microwave. The room had several spots of neglect, especially beside the fridge. My view was a roof. While sitting on my bed, the frame fell apart. Bathroom is very outdated. The air kept kicking on and off all night and there would be a bang in the wall by the thermostat when it locked on, and a bang on the opposite wall when it shut off. I was planning to tune in to my work meeting on YouTube but there was only cable and no information about how to find the guide. The room was not at all like the pictures. Elevator was very dirty. I took the stairs a few times and in 3 days the crackers crushed up on the carpet were not vacuumed. Staff was nice but not very knowledgeable. Check in process was ok and check out was great.

Propreté très bien. Rénovation de la chambre mais Insonorisation 0/10. Les joints(jamais été changé très usé) pour les portes devraient être changé. Des enfants courraient dans le corridor jusqu'à 10h le soir. Air climatisé (désuet) incroyablement bruyant . Nous avons dû renoncer à le faire fonctionner. Le restaurant très bon service et délicieux.

Excellent bang for your bucks kinda place...clean, good bed...all around great place.

C’est très grand. L’hôtel a besoin d’amour à plusieurs endroits. La piscine était sale dans le fond. Ma chambre au troisième était bien mais celle de ma sœur avait du tapis. Nous avons attendu 1/2 heure pour le déjeuner.
