We got a great room which was very comfortable, could have been cleaner, the food was very mild.all in all we had alot of fun.

We arrived at the hotel after 4 days in one of the camps along the shores of Bir Swer. The hotel is very beautiful and clean, spacious rooms. The problem was with the lunches and dinners, we always arrived about an hour before closing, a very poor selection of vegetables and cheeses. Main courses are full of oil and not tasty at all. The pasta preparation stations closed an hour before time. I complained to the receptionist Andrew, but no response, no suggestion for improvement. During the stay there were 5 of us who ate only bread and feta cheese and the children ate chips. Very disappointing and not worth the nightly cost we paid

הצוות מאוד ידידותי והמלון מאוד מרווח, והחדרים גדולים. ארוחת הבוקר מאוד עשירה וטעימה, אבל ארוחות הצהריים והערב מאוד לא טעימות, רמת האוכל ירודה, הקינוחים לא טעימים, די מאכזב.

One of the worst hotel which deceives it customers by wrongly showing their location. Also, does not bother to answer phone calls. STAY AWAY. Don't book this hotel.

Perfect place

Neat location. Cool design. Friendly staff. Quiet and low key.

+ Perfect location, great snorkelling nearby, good food, nice staff - desputable cleaningness - surely not 5star level, some amenities in poorer condition (beoke down, very used etc)

היה שירות גרוע, ניקיון מזעזע, לא התייחסו אלינו בכלל יפה, שמו אותנו בהמתנה שעות על גבי שעות, לא התייחסו לתלונות שלנו, ניקינו את החדר בעצמנו צרוב שהיה מזעזע. לא מומלץ בכלל זה תשלום על מלון חמישה כטכבים ברמה של חושה.

Every thing in the hotel , it was really great vacation . Hotel service , facilities , beach , food . Highly recommended if you would like to relax or need activities and nice night parties. Thanks Mosaique Hotel Respective team

Lives up to the 5 star rating . Many activities throughout the day . Loved the Asian hibachi restaurant 5 course meal . The shuttle to the market and cafes was nice . Classy lounge/bar at night was relaxing. View of Jordan from across is so picturesque . I will definitefintely be back !

Great stay at the hotel. Different pools, sea, beach, attractions - all that you need to have a good vacation. Spa not recommended - their services in spa in very low quality. Salesman is very charismatic and know to sell, but service itself in spa - no comments. Sauna is cold, they switch it on when you come. Massage - I know to do massage better by myself. Had great snorkeling tour to the castle - very good, like it, recommend. In general, if you have all inclusive, don't pay for spa, all other attractions are ok.

Good hotel, bad food

The hotel was not as expected, overall it is not like other 5 star ratings. It is fairly deserve 4 stars

Bad check in experience, unhelpful front desk manager. Low social class resdience. Not clean bathroom and rooms. House keeping looking always for tips and they are rude. Food is poor, no variety and many waiting rows. Poor internet.

Property is ok with lots of amenities, staff was terrible with very bad attitude towards customers.

Great comfortable and good food

The staff are very courteous, we extended by two more days, the hotel is amazing.We'll be back

The pool is very big, the food is OK, not more than this. The rooms are big but outdated
