位置有點難找。酒店整體上不錯，房間寬敞，整潔，早餐豐富，多生果，唯一缺點就是咖啡不好飲。

Bra hotell nära buss och metro som man lätt tog sig ner till centrala Lissabon med. Bra frukost, vi saknade inget.

Fiquei 02 dias e 03 dias. Excelente. Limpo, boa localização, preço justíssimo e o pessoal da recepção deixou quadrarmos a mala na recepção. Vale a pena.

Al check-in il receptionist un’ora per registrare, letto scomodo e con materassi con le molle.

La atención fue excelente desde que llegamos al hotel, el desayuno tiene una gran variedad y calidad, la limpieza también es excelente en general, gracias por toda la atención recibida, pasé una estancia muy agradable.

Unmotiviertes Personal schon bei der Ankunft an der Reception. Von unserer Buchung mit Frühstück war angeblich nicht bekannt, also mussten wir das Frühstück extra bezahlen. Die Klimaanlage wird nur im Sommer zugeschaltet, es hatte aber bei Ankunft Ende April 26 Grad Außentemperatur. Fenster in der Nacht öffnen ging gar nicht, weil direkt daneben die Bahnlinie für Güterverkehr vorbeirattert. Meine teuere Rituals Bodylotion war nach der ersten Zimmerreinigung spurlos verschwunden

The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Room in good condition but difficult to control the room temperature and was slightly too warm. The sauna was out of order. I would return to this hotel. Very good location, with restaurants, shops and cafeterias nearby. Short walk to the underground and bus stops.

Major issue, and this is why I would not give it 5 stars. For a 4-star hotel, not to have free water and coffee 24/7 in room or lobby is inexcusable and irresponsible. We could not believe that this situation existed. Otherwise, the staff was absolutely great and everything else were excellent.
