Overall a solid choice for our stay in Barcelona. The location is genuinely unbeatable. The staff was pleasant and helpful throughout. Check-out was quick and painless, though check-in took considerably longer than expected — worth keeping in mind if you arrive tired after a long flight. Two things that could use improvement: the pool is quite small for the size of the hotel, so don’t expect much if you’re hoping to relax by the water. The elevator is also notably old and cramped — if you’re traveling with luggage it can be a bit of an ordeal, especially during busy check-in and check-out times. That said, the rooms were comfortable and the location more than compensated for the minor inconveniences. Would stay again.

beautiful hotel close to the beach...

We needed to be close to the Conference center so very convenient. Bed was very comfortable, very quiet rooms. We loved the access to the beach. We also went to nearby Poblenou which felt less touristy and more ‘local’. Nice and convenient mall at Diagonal. Staff was very nice and helpful when we had questions

Great location in the path of the hop on hop off busses. Parking u Sergei d, close to beaches and the diagonal Mar (the mall).

It said there was parking at the hotel on the description but there was a 20 euro a day cost - perhaps I missed this information- and it is a reasonable cost for 24 hour parking but it came as a surprise at the end of the stay - other than that it was a great property and I would recommend it

They make it sound like a seaside resort, which I assure you, is not the case. There are nicer places in city Centre that are cheaper, nicer and definitely in a better location. To me? It wasn’t worth the amount.

The hotel itself is very clean and modern. The rooms are small but spacious bed. And the rooftop terrace/ pool is really nice to lounge at. Another plus is 24hr room service.

This hotel was excellent. The check was good. Only reason I didn't save outstanding is, because they didn't let us know to place a room card in the slot next to the door to keep the electricity on. The housekeeping was definitely on point. The bed is a little soft for our liking, but that's a personal problem. The towels need to be updated. The hotel is very clean and the staff goes above and beyond to help! PLEASE PLEASE, I beg you to pay for the breakfast! It was the best money I spent on the whole trip! There is parking underneath the hotel. It's a little tight, but it's an option! I will return in the future!

Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. A bit small but location was great to visit local coffee shops. Walking distance from beach. We did breakfast only 2 out of 7 days for convenience. It was a continental breakfast buffet and had a variety of items . Only thing I would have like to see is additional towels in restroom . But the staff was great and attentive of what we asked . Taxi stand was next to hotel - easy to catch a taxi and walking distance from metro

I want to preface this review by saying that I have reached out to the hotel directly and they have yet to respond to me. On Sunday morning, I placed clothing into the provided laundry bag and completed the laundry form accordingly. When the staff member arrived, she already appeared visibly frustrated that we were still in the room getting ready for the day, which I did not appreciate. Later, I contacted reception to confirm that my laundry would be returned before my departure, and I was assured that I would receive it prior to checkout. I called again the following morning while preparing to leave for Italy, only to then be informed that my clothing had been discarded. While I appreciate the apology and the courtesy of waiving the late checkout fee, I am extremely frustrated by the situation. I still have an entire week remaining on my vacation and specifically needed those items cleaned for the remainder of my travels. Additionally, the pants that were discarded required alterations, so simply repurchasing the same item is neither practical nor immediate. I hope that providing receipts for the original purchases will be sufficient in processing a full refund. I would also like to bring another concern to your attention. Upon arriving to my room Saturday evening, I found a dirty towel left in the sink and another guest’s hair clogging the shower drain. Although the staff addressed the issue promptly once notified, these are not standards I would
