I had bad experience with the bathroom as suddenly no tap water while I want to shower. And there is new paint in the bathroom and made my right eye got allergy (red).

Hotel très bien pour un sejour pro

Nos gustó mucho a todos. Las habitaciones un poquito limitado su espacio pero bonitas. Nos agradó mucho la separación del área de ducha del área del servicio sanitario, muy bien. Nos extrañó por qué si éramos varias parejas en nuestro grupo familiar, a todos nos dieron camas separadas cuando yo específicamente cuando hice las reservaciones indiqué que 3 habitaciones eran con cama queen o king y solo 2 como camas separadas, pero nos pusieron a esposos y esposas a dormir separados toda la estadía. La piscina y el jacuzzi, excelente, los felicito, muy limpio y adecuado para relajarse. Muy bien ubicado, realmente Vitacura es un área muy bonita de la ciudad.

Hotel novo, bom café da manhã e super bem localizado! Ótimo custo benefício

Camas e roupas de cama super confortáveis . Quarto muito limpo . Atendimento do recepção e camareiras muito bom. Atendimento do rapaz do bar a noite que trabalha a noite já nem tanto , como estava próximo às 22:00hrs nos atendeu super mal e pasmem só queríamos uma água com gás , foi grosseiro e falou que não tinha mais copo e devido ao horário iria vender somente para consumir no quarto , até aí tudo bem mas fomos mal atendidos com sua má educação. Café da manhã bom.

Very good price, service and location.

Air conditioning has been a problem in the rooms at both propertys. This one in santiago and the one in Vina del mar. Not sure why but its uncomfortable to sleep with the room temperature being 24-25c. What i dont understand is the ac works in all the common areas. Maintenance tried to fix but no sucess.

Buen hotel

The hotel is under renovation which means drilling, buzzing and all sorts from 9am-6pm. The wifi is super poor also in the rooms. The biggest problem is the front desk staff. They must realize that renovations on site are not pleasant for any guest but they have zero empathy. Their response is - just deal with it. That's fine but you are in a customer service role. Show some empathy, kindness and consideration. Guests are still paying to stay at the hotel. A drunk group woke us up at 2am. The reception did not answer the phone. They partied and made noise for a good amount of time. Would not recommend this hotel until they finish renovations.

Hotel bdm completo. A piscina e a jacuzi são muito boas. O quarto é smplo e o restaurante é muiyo bom. O café da manhã é bem completo. O único inconveniente foi o barulho da reforma que estão fazendo no hotel.

O hotel é muito bom, confortável e bem localizado. A comida muito boa e os atendentes mega educados. O Hotel está passando por uma reforma e a limpeza não estava em dia.
