We were very pleased with our stay at sandman. Mr. Druvv and Miss Sandeep. Was Very nice and very professional. The Room is clean. Housekeeping done a good job as well. Definitely choosing Sandman again. Great service.

We stayed at this property on June 30th. The front desk staff were wonderful. We were even able to check in early which was a relief from. Our morning flight into Calgary. The shuttle and location to the hotel we're very convenient. The shuttle driver was very friendly and personable. The room was clean, so no issues with that. The issues we had were that the mattress caved into the middle, and therefore was due for a replacement. In addition the lever on the toilet was very loose, feeling it might fall off the toilet and the toilet seat was very loose. These are basic maintenance issues that should have been flagged by housekeeping staff and maintenance.

The bathroom needs upgrade, the swimming pool needs to have towels ready

Rooms were decently clean. The pool water was cold. The hot tub was good temp. The ac in the room ran constantly and couldn't change the fan to low as then it would blow warm air into the room. So room temp was 24 and couldn't get good sleep. Did talk to the desk and nothing really came out of it.

Room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of available parking and it was quiet only complaint was the bed was really soft for us but we like a more firm bed.

We were a little disappointed that there was nowhere to have breakfast. No comp breakfast or even a restaurant offering it. Also our bathroom was not cleaned correctly the whole 3 nights we were there. I found a shampoo bottle behind the toilet and a contact and dirt spots on the floor.

Came here to stay for one night after my son’s surgery. When booked it did not say anything about a credit card and the staff was pretty monotone when I did explain the situation. No empathy or helpfulness, they did not even care. Also when a customer asked for the manager please don’t walk into the back room and get your boyfriend! Upon bringing our child back we found a bug crawling along the bed, chips under the bed and a poorly flushing toilet and mold in the tub. Our bathroom door actually locked us inside the bathroom. The internet tv is crap. Also for 300.00 a night and then they expect you to also tip the person that services your room - find another hotel! Unfortunately my usual hotel was booked up but I for sure would like to forewarn others! However I really appreciated the lady on the fancy side of the hotel! She was so kind and helped get us a spoon!
